We were very pleased with the location of the hotel. Whilst it is close to all that you want to visit in Merida, it is on the outskirts of the town in a quiet location. Parking is directly outside the hotel and easily available. The covered terrace enabled us to eat accompanied by our small dog. It can be problematic travelling with a dog, but not here. The food was very good.

The restaurant and terrace were quite busy, with few staff, so service was a little slow.

Good location near the motorway. Swimming pool good after a long drive. Helpful staff. Food very good, can only comment on cafeteria. Beds comfotable.

Hotel boasts 'dog friendly' but dogs not allowed anywhere except in room, previous hotels allow in reception, so only option for us was to eat outside cafeteria, ok in Summer, food was good, staff helpful and friendly. As I am a responsible dog owner, I would not leave my dog alone in room, although permitted, to ensble us to eat inside. As we are extensive travellers to Spain from France, for this reason only I would not use this hotel again as the next time will be in Winter.

Nice, modern, spacious room with a fridge and outlook to the garden and pool. Was quiet and dark at night. The bed was large and comfortable. Superb breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold food. Ample undercover parking. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced with a small but tasty menu selection. The staff are friendly and very patient with English speaker's. The hotel is located 5 minutes drive from the main attractions, a bit far to walk but we found free parking nearby without too much hassle.

Even though it's a basic, simple place, the facility is nice, clean and provides easy parking. The major benefit is the super friendly staff. I needed to call a local cafe (2.5h away by car) where I had forgotten a bag. The receptionist at that hour, Cristina, happily made the call for me (which was great considering my low level of Spanish), then told me where I needed to go to get a service to send my bag to me at our new house. Cristina is a tremendous example of how all hotel staff should be - proactive, positive and helpful!!

Good location easy parking helpful staff.

The bar and restaurant were closed due to an "unexpected" Christmas party for 700 people. We had enquired when booking and been advised the restaurant was always open. we were not told this till we arrived and had to get a taxi to the town and back for an evening meal, could not even have a drink when we returned.

€25 for a small dog , this should be transparent upfront .

The location for our route south was perfect. The room was very nice and the staff were helpful. Breakfast offered a large selection

Timing! It was too noisy. I think a football team were staying and they disturbed us throughout the n8ght with noise plus, they made breakfast far from a pleasant start to our journey.

The breakfast was so rich, they offer a wide range of different products, including gluten-free options. I especially enjoyed fresh ~home-made tomato sauce with olive oil :)

I asked for an extra blanket, or to be more precise - for a blanket, because in summer time there were no blankets in the room. My request was found strange and the staff was surprised that anyone needs a blanket in summer, and the blanket they brought me wasn't very clean and didn't have a cover.

Lovely modern hotel just outside Merida. Very good breakfast and the cafeteria cooked a nice meal for us on a Sunday. Room well appointed

Unfortunately the room required some soundproofing as we certainly did not want to hear our neighbours conversations TV or plumbing Doors to rooms need to close quietly as we heard the whole corridor coming and going to their rooms.

Food at Dinner and Breakfast in the morning was fine. Service in the bar was good, the room was fine. A wheelchair for my wife who is not very mobile.

Temperature control in the shower was poor and a lack of safety bar in the shower. Nowhere to charge my mobile phone. , lack of USB ports in the room.
