The accommodation is right on the beach and the wooden construction gives it a wonderfully homely beach feel. The hosts are super friendly and are happy to take the time to recommend various activities in the area as soon as you arrive. You can also rent scooters directly from the accommodation to get there. For breakfast you can choose between several dishes, which are freshly cooked and can be eaten either in the room or outside at the table. (Our recommendation is definitely the Pho, we ate it every morning) We liked it so much that we extended our stay by a few days immediately after our arrival. We would come back any time!

Just about everything fabulous homestay so friendly breakfast choices were great room great cleaned every day wi fi brilliant and the owners are the loveliest people in the bad store that was forecast thay got in extra food for us all fantastic

Thu was friendly and very helpful. The beach is lovely and just across the road. The breakfast was good - it was described as Asian-style, but a very good omelette with a warm baguette-style roll and a choice of drink was available. The room was probably the best we've had in Vietnam so far - spacious, high-ceilinged, comfortable bed - and the building itself was quirky and traditional - lots of dark wood, a balcony area with tables and chairs lit by traditional lanterns in the evening - lovely.

Really happy with this place. Unique architecture, comfortable room, beds, wet room, good aircon. Location is superb, just a minute from a glorious beach. Arranged motorbikes through the owners to get around which was cheap and easy. Going to town needed the bikes or a taxi, but we knew that when booking. Some great places to eat nearby, Xin Chau was great and very cheap. Roi Bar was fab, open air rustic bar - the bar being a converted old toyota van, popular with backpackers. There was a TV in the room, no idea if it worked.

A nice location away from the busier parts of An Bang. Nice range of restaurants. The beach is nearby, maybe 100 meters walk away. Staff were very kind and helpful and we had free use of bicycles. You may need google translate at times if you have to request something.

Perhaps water pressure is low in the area, but the shower was not very powerful.

Fantastic location , quite but so close to beach and restaurants. Relaxed, traditional style accommodation, lots of natural light and air. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Super safe and relaxed. We extended our stay from 7 nights to 10 . Breakfast also a big bonus.

Superb location, you can see, hear and smell the sea from here. I was there for a couple of "wintry" days in December and it was lovely to be able to sit and watch the sea. There's accss to the beach directly opposite the house (across a quiet street) and it's a short walk to AnBang beach on one direction and to Cua Dai beach in the other - both would be only a few minutes on bicycle. Staff are lovely and made me feel very welcome. They prepare a great breakfast and have a restaurant a little way down the road. There are other food spots around as well, a few very close and with more options at the popular beach spots. Wifi is good enough to stream on a wet and windy night but by far the best of this place for me was to be able to sleep listening to the roar of the sea.

The accommodation is set just a few meters from the sea, so if you are interested in beach it is a perfect place for you. If you are more interested in the old Hoi An center, please note that you will need to book a Grab to go there (around 80.000 VND per one way) The homestay is very clean, the host is helpful, they helped us in booking a My Son trip also a bus ticket to our next destination.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the beach. The rooms are amazing!

Some other customers or locals were hanging out during the evenings with a table and chairs, blocking the entrance to the hotel. When we arrived they stopped talking and stared at us, making us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Really strange.

The room was so cute and comfortable, and the hosts wonderfully warm and friendly. We were very glad we decided to stay here so we could enjoy the beach area as well as the town center of Hoi An. Getting to town was easy by renting a scooter or calling a Grab car. Great value, I definitely recommend Seaside An Bang

The only problems we had was that it was hard to get an accurate location/address to get here. The first taxi couldn't find it and dropped us 2km away, which made for a long hot walk carrying our luggage. It was a continual source of difficulty getting the correct location on the Grab app to book taxis. This might be a Grab app issue, but anyway, something to be aware of.
