I know yall tired of my reviews lol. But this hotel is Awesome. I don't care whenever I come in town I'm always stay here. It's clean . Staff is awesome beds comfortable and you have choices of restaurant in walking distance. Only thing in recommend is a lite breakfast. Bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. Nothing major. No complaints from me. Oh yeah housekeeping make sure you check behind bathroom doors. Somebody left a pair of shorts hanging behind the door. They were not mine obviously left by the previous customer.

Deluxe Inn exceeded my expectations! We travel north to south & vice versa often to visit family and we dread the usual dirty, sketchy or expensive hotel options especially when it’s usually paying $150 plus just to rest a few hours. Add in a pet fee and you’re well over $200. But Deluxe Inn is a game changer! The staff was delightfully friendly. The accommodations were spotless, one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. The pet fee was extremely reasonable. The value for the price is unbeatable, this is the only place I’ll stay when heading down moving forward! It’s also in a great location right off 95 and close to several food options. I wish they’d open another location that I can stay in when traveling back home. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

WOOWWWWWW I saw all the good ratings, but it really delivered. I cannot name a single "con". It was EXTREMELY clean and extremely new with renovations. This wasn't your "landlord special" shoddy reno, either. It is legitimately well done with a lot of attention to detail. Pros: SO CLEAN you could eat off of it. No damage to anything No odors, stale or otherwise Fresh, comfortable bedding and perfect soft/hard balance beds Smooth checkin, friendly young man at night Clean and well kept front desk, same with attention to detail there Well lit parking area with wide spaces (no door dinging!) Working cameras monitoring the outside with high resolution Clear that the public who stays here is people stopping on a journey, no one suspicious that I saw at all, all very respectful and no seedy guests Great coffee in the morning :) thank you I love it, I am a repeat customer for as long as it stays well kept by its stellar management. Please maintain this exceptional attention to detail!

Nothing, one of the few places I've seen without any "cons"

I messed up my non-refundable pre-paid reservation and booked the following night instead of that same evening. I called ahead and asked if there was a way to fix it. They told me to just come and we'd sort it out in person when my husband and I arrived. When we arrived, the front desk staff (and owners?) helped me call booking.com and get my reservation fixed without having to forfeit the money I'd paid for the wrong date. They were so kind and helpful, and we had a spotless room and a comfortable bed with plentiful pillows. Waffle House and many other restaurants were directly across the street.

Really can't complain. We were treated so well and the room was a great value.

Refrigerator, microwave.. nice pillows, comfortable bed. Very tidy and modern up to date room. Office girl very pleasant. Not too expensive. Very easy to drop off key in slot. I liked the laundry bag.

The location is somewhat sketchy/run down. Burgerking parking lot cars sitting in their cars right by motel.. people hanging out in cars. Air conditioner made strange gurgling sounds all night. Could not figure out channels on tv very easily. I didn’t like the coffee pot.

When we pulled up, I thought uh oh....this might be a mistake. But, the room was comfortable, a decent size, and recently reconditioned. The bed was comfortable, and furnishings were fairly new. There was a large refrigerator as well. This place makes for a very decent road trip stopover. The price point is great, too.

Outdoor access! This property is an old school motel, so it has outdoor access. There isn't 24 hour staffing, either. However, because of the updating and comfort issues already noted, I give it a thumbs up.

This hotel was in a great location and easy to find. The staff was friendly and the grounds and rooms were clean and safe. It appeared they had done renovations and updated the rooms and lobby. There was plenty of parking near the rooms. It was a very warm day, and upon entering the lobby, we were immediately greeted and offered cold bottled water by the owner. This set the stage for a very courteous interaction with reception. We will definitely use this facility again in the future.

I have stayed in this hotel before! I love the convenience of getting to and from location to location. The beds were very comfortable. Hot shower. Coffee pot, microwave, and fridge in the room. Love that their are alot of my favorite fast food restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

I can't think of anything I didn't like at this hotel.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. This hotel has everything pet friendly in mind down to the cookie jar with dog biscuits in the lobby and doggie waste bags and receptacles placed in several locations on the property. The room was very clean, comfortable and affordable. Definitely a hidden gem in Fayetteville that shouldn’t be overlooked.

I didn’t see anything I didn’t like about this hotel. I wish I would have found it a few days earlier.

The receptionist was delightful, and they accommodated our late check-in. The place was clean with complimentary parking, making it a perfect rest stop during our journey. The addition of a freezer in the fridge was a lifesaver for keeping our cooling bag intact while on the road.

While it might seem trivial, the bed only had three pillows, which was a minor inconvenience. Four would have provided better support for both of us during sleep. Aside from that, we have no other complaints.
