I have to say, this is the hotel with the best service I've ever stayed at. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the staff still arranged a room for me without any extra charges. This has been the best service we've received so far in the US. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast included, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, so it's not a major issue. Additionally, the hotel is very comfortable, neat, and extremely clean.

We booked a room for a concert at the Crown theatre. It was across the street There are 4 lanes but it was no trouble to walk there. The lady was nice and helpful. The room was really clean.

This has become our go to place to rest our heads when make the trip from PA to visit family in FL. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, and at a very reasonable price. Coffee in the morning is a nice bonus! There are some dicey motels in the area but this is not one of them. We've stayed here about 8 times and consider it a gem!

I wish there was a place within walking distance for some late night snacks, but that has nothing to do with the quality of Mt. Rose.

Did the price you paid match the expectations you had when you booked? This hotel star status is deceiving. It is a beautiful hotel. Very well kept. Clean, and updated. This was the first time I ever stayed at a hotel and the price was way below what was being offered. Loved this hotel and would return again.

I didn't like that that star rating was only two. It deserves a much higher rating that that. I wish it had breakfast, Tea. They did offer Coffee though.

The convince, security cameras, housekeeping was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. I didn’t like having to get up and leave my room and wait for other people to use the microwave in the lobby. I feel as though that can be bad because you don’t know what other people use in the microwave. It can be bad for people with allergies. Also the air conditioner didn’t work to great. It barley blew out air no matter what setting it was on

Great place for a quick stay. Very reasonably priced. Very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The check in desk closes at midnight but we arrived about 2:30AM. I called the phone number on the door for late check ins. The man was very nice getting us taken care of. I was afraid they might be annoyed with it being so late, but he was so kind.

The pillows weren’t awesome. The water pressure was alright. For a quick 2-night stay, this was no big deal to us. The location was mostly great. Locals told us about 3 miles down the road, it’s a rough part of town. We didn’t have any negative experiences here though.

Quiet, clean, close to the airport, and a very friendly owner. I showed up earlier than the normal check in time, but they let me go to my room early which was a nice bonus so I didn't have to sit on the sidewalk with 2 suitcases.

No breakfast, but that is ok, it said in the advertisement there was no breakfast. The price was good and it was a very nice and clean hotel.

Very clean and well maintained….perfect for a one night stay as we traveled back home from vacation. Good value and plenty of places to eat in the area.

No complaints….It was a bit of a drive to get to off I95 as it is actually located on the bypass, but getting back to I95 was a very easy short drive.

I was looking for a hotel near I-95, that was safe, clean, and comfortable at an affordable price since I only needed rest stop. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and new look. I checked in around 11pm, the front desk clerk was very sweet and informed me the front door would be locked at midnight which I appreciate it since I was traveling alone. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with black-out curtains. The hotel also offered toiletries, coffee, and vending machine. Honestly, if you are a woman, traveling alone, & need to stop for a few hours sleep, this hotel will not disappoint! Upon checkout the front desk staff was also very sweet.

Great value for an overnight. Clean, comfortable, nice showers. No breakfast included but we brought our own and the fresh coffee was good.

It’s no frills but that’s ok for the price. A box of tissues & a ceiling fan would be nice, but we lived without them for a night! There’s a bit of road noise, but the AC unit kind of covers that up. Strange access from the highway but we figured it all out.
