Great front desk and restaurant staff especially Faik and Burhan. Great breakfast, excellent room, good location

Totally uninterested staff at SPA, we were told that sauna and Turkish bath are included in price but staff was more than unveiling to provide that service, they even gave us used towels. We went to a steam bath, the sauna was broken (so we were told) and left to the room, a very shameful experience as a guest of a really nice hotel

The service provided from the moment you first enter the hotel is really sincere and genuine. The hotel is generally clean, the rooms are very spacious, the toiletries, towels and snack products are very nice and plenty, which is a nice feature. The breakfast is quite sufficient and has a rich menu. You can choose it with peace of mind, thank you to Mr. Mahmut for his help.

I had the best time ever at this hotel. The location was perfect and the breakfast was really good with lots of food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and a special thank you to Eylem. She was so helpful, super friendly and one of the nicest receptionist ever. She made sure everything for me and my family was perfect and always went above and beyond for us. She was super helpful and helped us with so many places to visit and always made sure we had everything we need. Eylem made the stay amazing and made my time at the hotel so perfect. I already miss the hotel so much and will definitely stay at this hotel when I come back to Antalya. Also wanted to say thank you to Ugur who was really friendly and helpful. He also made sure we felt comfortable and would always bring whatever we needed. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel and I cannot wait to come back. Eylem and Ugur really made the stay special and super welcoming. Thank you for everything.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mahmut, who took care of us. I have never seen such an open-communication, energetic staff who gives even the smallest details to his customers without skipping and who works to satisfy each and every customer without skipping a beat. The hotel is perfect in terms of location, staff and hygiene.

The breakfast was very good so many options which is very good. The location was amazing I was very close to everything around me especially shopping l like the area so much.

The blanket for the beds it will be nice if the blanket little thicker, and also the staff need to learn more English.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the food was certainly full of things I'd never tried before but I loved it. Although people have their shortcomings for this hotel, I like it here and would definitely return.

The beds are a bit hard and the maid doesn't throw rubbish out. Also the little bald man was a bit harsh and glared at us a lot that's about it.

I have stayed at the hotel before. I have been staying at the hotel for a while now and I can say that it is magnificent. Words are not enough for the attentiveness of the staff. Especially the receptionist mr Mahmut is someone who really loves his job and has very good communication skills. We thank him very much.

Location! Close to a mall. A short walk away to the beach. Fifteen minutes taxi ride to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff (especially Ms Hafize at the reception, who served as my GPS during my stay in Antalya). Thank you 😊

Good location. About 15-20 mis walk to old town. The staff is very nice and helpful, although we struggled a bit with language (we speak English)

The bathroom door and toilet seat were not easy to open, they closed themselves. There was also hair in the lobby and the elevator, which stayed there even after informing staff.
