I love the location of the hotel, the fact that there's a parking space out front, the rooftop restaurant, the modern feel of the rooms. All of that is wonderful. But it's really the staff that make the experience exceptional. Fares and Nadia, at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were settled and had what we needed. We were in good hands with Said in the restaurant. Thank you, I'll be back!

I am absolutely delighted to share my experience at the Onomo Hotel in Rabat, which exceeded my expectations, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Nadine and her exceptional team. Upon receiving only three hours' notice that our stay coincided with my wife's birthday, Nadine swiftly and thoughtfully decorated our room to mark the special occasion, which contributed significantly to our memorable visit. The immaculate room we stayed in boasted a stunning city view, particularly breathtaking from the fourth floor. Although the lively bar upstairs was a bit noisy at times, it quieted down by midnight, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. One of the hotel's most striking features is its prime location. Situated right next to the train station and just a two-minute walk from the local tram, it offers unparalleled convenience for exploring the city. Moreover, the king's palace and numerous museums are within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. However, what truly sets the Onomo Hotel apart is the exceptional staff. Nadine, Sayeed, and their colleagues, who work in various departments including the front office, canteen, room service, and the restaurant on the 5th floor, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their invaluable guidance on local attractions and insider tips made our visit to Rabat all the more special. While the breakfast selection may not have been extensive, the omelette was simply delectable and left us more than satisfied. We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality, top-notch service, and personalized touches provided by the Onomo Hotel team. It is, without a doubt, an experience we will fondly remember and highly recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent: the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, but the bed was not very comfortable. The room was not very quite because of the location, but I do not mind that, but one night, i heard people talking for 10-15 min, I guess they were sitting on the sofa in front of my room, this was unpleasant.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, clean and decent size rooms. Great value for money. Rooftop bar is a bonus.

Breakfast buffet not the best, and small things that could easily be addressed (irregular replacement of water bottle and toiletries, one day room was not cleaned ..)

Starting from front desk receptionist Najwa, with welcoming nice smile and explanations, and proposal to take away our breakfast very early morning, as we left hotel at 5:45 am. Thanks to staff for professional service. BAR COFFEE on the top roof ( Azour restaurant) with a very nice view to Rabat fro top. Don't miss to visit this nice terrace.

The location, the services, the cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Fares from the front desk while checking in and out. Breakfast is full of variety and good quality and serving staff are active.

The rooms overlooking the tram station are a bit noisy.

This is my favorite hotel in Rabat. It's centrally located, next to the train station, the tram, a short walk to the medina, and very close to great restaurants. And if you have a car, there's on site parking, which is an added bonus. All the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern. I've stayed in more traditional riads in Rabat in the past, but at this point I keep coming back to Onomo for its comfort, modern feel, central location, and wonderful staff.

The food was always great and my room was very clean all through.

The male receptionist was abstract and not hospitable ... and sometimes raising his voice. There was a male waiter at the roof top who thought he was more important than hotel guests and was not always helpful
