Very comfortable and smart

Google Nest with no instructions on how to use. Unable to plug in USB oe HDMI cable. Although smart TV no apps for Netflix, Disney, Amazon. Only app was browser and even that did not connect to internet Also wifi free only if you signed up to a service

the whole experience from start to finish we started our stay back in England there first trip back for fourteen years to England as we leave in Melbourne Australia after first week went all over visiting but because we had such a great experience we actually booked again for our last weekend there before the long flight home and had family and friends come to the hotel for food and drinks so good I just hope it doesn’t change because our next trip back we will be back again and a special shout out to the older guy on reception sorry can’t remember his name but so very nice he is such an Asset to your business

I loved every thing

The stay overall was lovely, the hotel is very modern, rooms are beautifully furnished and the staff are lovely. The gym staff in particularly were very helpful.

Not really a fault of the Village, however I could not stream BBC on my laptop due to proxy issues. During my two night stay there was a lot of external noise each night with cars 'racing' around, the cars were obviously modified (very loud exhausts that banged like shot gun noises), this seemed to start around 11pm until around 3am both nights. I did report this to staff who were apologetic and offered on a next stay to give me an alternative room in the hotel.

A few customers momentarily gave their team a challenging situation, yet they handled it with the utmost professionalism.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The decor downstairs was great and the area is great for kids-cinema style seats in front of large screen and table football made it relaxing for adults after the meal had finished. The spa facilities were great and the choice of food was wide i thought-included good vegetarian options and good choice for kids.

It was very hot in the restaurant and quite noisey- Big screens are on all the time. When we got into the car to drive home on the motorway-it felt very quiet.

Staff pleasant and very obliging. Everything okay apart from the variety for the continental breakfast

The variety available for the continental breakfast didn’t include cold meats, cheeses or bread. These are normally included in a continental breakfast. Disappointed with the breakfast. I didn’t realise that we could have taken sausages or bacon to supplement the lack of meats and cheeses, as I thought we could have either a continental or fry, not both. Would have preferred a selection of fresh fruit to accompany the Greek yoghurt not just berries. Hope to be back next November for another check up at the hospital, and will be staying here again. Hope to see an improvement in the continental breakfast please.

Rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and nicely put together. Check-in/out process is simple and the staff are obliging and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is great. Coffee shop, bar/restaurant, gym and working space have a very cool energy.

The in-room WiFi is indescribably and unforgivably poor. In 2022, there is absolutely no excuse for WiFi being an issue a hotel guest notices. It should simply work. Hotel room designers have curiously omitted to put a single shelf or decent sized drawer into rooms, forcing you to live out of a suitcase, which isn't my way of travelling.

Comfortable bed all clean and fresh, the roll out bed for grandson was very comfortable or so he told us. Decoration in the room was good and facilities were great ie iron and board, hairdryer etc. The breakfast next day was very good with a good selection and fresh.

Menu choice in the restaurant for other meals, did burgers and starters but not a lot of anything else and found the menu a little limiting

The room was fine, but the carpets were dirty, and the bathroom showers were difficult to switch on and off. A cupboard space would have been nice as were attending a wedding to hang the dresses and suits. Tea and coffee facilities in the room could be improved with appealing mugs and cleaner trays. The lighting in the room was best in daylight as at night time, the room lighting was not very bright.

Not having the room cleaned and no cleaners to be seen to ask for extra towels. Not having a cupboard or any space to put one's toiletries. Ended up leaving all essentials in the suitcase and using that as a cupboard and drawer space.

Facilities were excellent, I used the swimming pool, saune and steam room. The restaurant bar was great, and even had a cinema setup, we sat with drinks and watched the tennis in the cinema seats. Pretty cool.

For such a new venue we were disappointed there was no car charger onsite, even a few 7kW chargers would cost very little to instate. For such a good hotel this was lacking, at a minimum new hotels should have an outlet outside so we can plug a 3-pin charger into to get a 3kW charge, they could easily install a few plugs in the car park for people to use an leave to trickle charge overnight.
