This was honestly the coolest place my husband and I have ever stayed, and we travel often! All of the staff was fantastic! Everything was super clean, and the rooms were incredibly efficient and comfortable. The dispensers for the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are brilliant. We loved all the options available for snacks and drinks and the great breakfast choices. We will definitely stay again and look for Tru by Hilton places from now on!

Fresh fruit and coffee were fine. Because it is summer family vacation time, the line for pancakes (my favorite) was quite busy. That's okay, I passsed by the carbs. Very clean and well presented. The portable ironing board was a plus and fresh thick towels. Regret that I left without tipping housekeeping. Love the laminate flooring! It's much more sanitary than carpeting. Great design and simple decor. I will be back!

We travel quite a bit and book hotels that have good or better reviews. Then we check in and see the hotel property and are disappointed and find the reviews to be lacking some truth. After reading the review for this hotel we were cautiously optimistic but when we were checked we realized Tru exceeded our expectations. That included the breakfast which was excellent with many options.

There was nothing we can didn’t like.

Cleaver design of the room, modern and minimal. Pool table and games in the lobby encouraged socialization. Outdoor fireplace pit was enjoyed.

$40 for my dog to stay with me us higher than expected, should be $25. Room space was ok for a short stay, not that comfortable for a longer stay, especially if a couple.

The hotel/room was extremely clean, cute, cozy, modern, and breakfast was great! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion were amazing. Everyone at the service desk was super friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate that the room was so clean, especially in a pet friendly room. Most other pet friendly hotels have less than acceptable rooms but this dog-friendly room was cleaner than other hotels that don't allow animals. Definitely recommend and will only stay here when I'm in the area!

breakfast was decent. looks like a great place to stay with kids.

i didnt like the bed-which was more firm than i prefer and the pillows were super fluffy, also not what im used to. i understand those comforts can be hard to please by everyone. the walls/doors didnt seem to sound deadening.

Cleanliness, style/design and furniture pieces were innovative and fun! Easily accessible off the interstate, yet felt safe and noise was not an issue.

Finding a space to put our luggage without it being on the floor, under the bed or in the way.

Location of the hotel was great. Right off the highway and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Room was new, modern and clean. Breakfast the next day was a nice bonus. Not sure when I’ll be back in North Platt again, but if/when I do come back I would definitely stay again.

The hard floors in the room makes for a cleaner room. The breakfast layout was great and the hostess was prompt in refilling items. The exercise room was very good.

The bathroom vent did not work. The interstate noise was a bother in the evening.

Location was close to freeway but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The entire facility was well maintained, clean and very modern. Staff was friendly and helpful and not intrusive. Just what a good hotel should be.
