The breakfast selection, the breakfast attendant were both wonderful. The room was clean (though a little dated) and the bed was comfortable. The price was excellent. This is what we needed for an overnight stay during our road trip. Location was great because there are a multitude of choices for restaurants. A comfortable bed with ample pillows, the large screen television, USB ports on the nightstand are all things I wish were standard. I wish I had more time in North Platte to explore the town.

As mentioned earlier some of the furniture seemed dated, the reading chair was a ratty looking.

Location is very convenient and an excellent choice for travelers with pets. All pet-friendly hotels should have a dedicated area for pets like this location has - our dogs LOVED the ability to run and play in the outdoor fenced area and we were able to sit on the patio with them.

The person that checked us in was not very forthcoming with information and did not take the time to sufficiently answer my questions. Some things do need to be addressed: our key did not work in the door re-entering the hotel from the pet area, the elevator was not working (but did not impact us).

Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated room. Very clean. Great breakfast offering sausages along with  scrambled eggs, waffle, machine, yogurt, cereals, etc.  the lady who was in charge of replenishing the foods did a very good job, and was a very nice person to talk to.

Though the room was beautiful, there was no room darkening draperies. The middle of the large window had a semi sheer, and then there were two short heavier drapes that wouldn’t move on either side ..during the night a big storm with lightning and thunder lit up the room ! if your light sensitive bring a facemask!

Convenient location, breakfast and recent updates. I was happy to speak with a staff on the property about my billing concerns which they were able to help resolve.

Some deeper cleaning is needed. I was initially charged double on a credit card for the full stay, not just the usual incidental charges, after I’d already paid with a different credit card. The charges stayed on longer than I’d expected and were much higher than expected, but have now been reversed.

Our room was clean and comfortable. There's a designated area for pets with bags for clean up. And the hotel is across the street from a nice dirt walking path. There was a fairly good variety of breakfast options and the woman assisting in that area was helpful and chatted with guests to be sure everyone had what they needed.

While I appreciated that the side door is locked and requires a room key to open, it was a little difficult to get it to read the room card with the plastic cover that protects it from the weather.

The room was much larger than we expected and was well fitted out. The location was ok, but was not close to any good restaurants. Access to sites e.g. Buffalo Bills and Pals Brewery was easy via the ring road.

Breakfast. The breakfast was average. We like unsweetened cereals (difficult in the USA) and fresh fruit. We do not like US cooked breakfast or pastries. Bagels and muffins were ok.

Easy check in,clean facility. They had breakfast ready early on Saturday, as most of us were there for a show and needed to leave very early. This was a very nice touch and much appreciated by us all. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby in addition to the room coffee pot.Didn’t get to use the pool but others really enjoyed it. Convenient store directly across from it too which is very handy.

The location is good as it is near several food places and not far from shopping. The room was good it fit our needs for the night.

We've stayed at this location before and it seems the room has similar issues as before. I don't know if we were in the same room or not, but there is mold growing in the bathroom. Up on the ceiling where it meets the wall inside the shower and also the corner of the bathtub.

Stopped when the I80 was closed. We Had a different reservation at a local competitor but when I went to check in they surprised us with a $45 pet fee for my 2 dogs to stay there. So we Scheduled this booking last minute and was pleased how friendly they are to dogs. No fees, TONs of dogs based on the road situation. Great facility with poop bags and stations around the property. If you are traveling with animals this is the place for you.

The hotel is right off the highway. It is just one of cit down from Walmart and multiple restaurants and other stores as well. The staff were amazing and very polite. The room was super nice and spacious and was a fantastic price!! The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was really good except the biscuits were cold and had to be crumbled up for the gravy to be put on them. The facility needs a microwave for warming them up or even just a warmer for them.

The top edges of the pool are in desperate need of a good cleaning. while in the pool you could scrap the sludge off the top tiles(gross I know). The top “ring” that covers the screws on the disability bar in the shower needs to be fixed. (it’s on, it just needs to be put back into place)
