For the past five years, Crown Regency has been my go-to haven, consistently delivering exceptional service and top-notch room facilities. But this time, they truly outdid themselves. I requested a special setup for my friend's birthday surprise, and the team, led by the ever-dedicated Herman, went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated, and they added thoughtful touches with chocolates and wine, transforming the moment into something unforgettable. It exceeded every expectation and made the celebration truly magical.

The only downside was the persistent dripping from the main pipe in the bathroom, which left the floor wet and damp throughout our stay.

No breakfast offered; restaurants had tasty food in a nice environment. Like the quick access to the Irish pub and the Indian restaurant from inside the lobby area.

Wish I knew more about the spa and pool areas up front; did my own roaming around to find them. Self-service laundry would be VERY HELPFUL to have back; laundry services have ruined my clothes in the past, and I need my stuff cleaned right then and there, not 3-5 days from now. Hot plate would be nice to have, when not wanting to do the restaurant experience every day.

Great location. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs is really nice with great food and drinks. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Good little 24hr convenience store down stairs. Short walk to Petronas Towers.

The water pressure for the bath tub was so weak that it would have been a waste of time. There was a smell coming from under the sink.

The room is very spacious. And the location is 5 min walk from KLCC. There is monorail station within 5 min walk and you can take monorail to Bukit Bintang which is 2 stops away. The same monorail goes to KL Sentral so easy to take the KLIA Express to the airport.

The renovation work was going on and it was difficult to get into the building. But I did not hear any noise at night . So it is OK .

- Talk about Location, this gem is at the foot of Petronas towers. Its walkable to most places you would want to see when in KL - The serviced tooms are spacious for a couple with two kids - The new rooms are amazing, the old ones still are a 8/10 - The rooms are super equipped with all things needed to cook - The hotel has friendly staff who go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Early check in or late check out, they help you to the greatest extent they can - The hotel has a 24 hour store at the basement along with two amazing restaurants too

The two-bedroom apartment/suite was newly renovated and was very comfortable - everything you'd ever need was in the unit. The l0cation close/walkable to eateries/bars and shopping. The check-in/check-out process was fairly quick and efficient.

The basement carpark was dingy and old. Hopefully the property will have this upgraded when they finished their renovation works. The noise from bars/clubs nearby travelled up even to the higher floors.

The room is nice, i love the android tv 👍🏼. Pool with klcc view is perfect.

The parking area is very poor spacing, limited space to drive through. I have to reverse my car multiple times just to pass through the entry. But it's ok because the parking is free, if i have to pay for it i might be very angry 😅

Our first room wasn’t what we booked for bedding wise but the awesome staff showed us another room that was perfect. The staff are lovely, greeting you in the mornings, helping when needed. My husband hurt himself in the pool (his own fault) and the staff were very helpful! The rooms were well serviced.

The location is superb, very convenient n walking distance.

The car park is a bit confusing, dark with less maintenance and one luggage throw beside the car park, seems scary.

Clean room, sufficient amenities. My favourite part was that it's located within walking distance from KLCC, it was delightful the fact that I could just step out of the lobby, turn a corner and I can see KLCC. There's also plenty of food options nearby.

The area surrounding the hotel was dirty and badly lit. I felt unsafe walking out at night.
