Incredibly friendly service, easy location for the beach and town walks, very clean and well setup. It's important to highlight the extremely accommodating and best level of customer service provided by the team, in particular Giulia who went well above and beyond. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with and these were sorted out very quickly. Nothing not to like, great experience.

I had a great one bedroom apartment on the top floor overlooking the pool. Both the bedroom and the living area had access to the balcony which was useful. The small kitchen had everything need for a short stay including a great full size fridge/freezer. There were elevators and use of a luggage trolley so easily to move all my luggage myself. The 2 pools looked great but I didn't have time to try them out. The location of the hole is great. Walkable to Town Beach and the jetty and about 5 mins to drive into the main part of town.

There is only one area with secure gated parking which can get full pretty quickly.

The bathroom was great, with a massive spa tub. The facilities were good. Off street secure parking was available. The room was clean. Short walk to Stairway to the moon, and town beach. Town Beach had excellent facilities for kids with a playground and water playground.

We traveled in high season, on the days around the stairway to the moon, and booked last minute, so pricing did not represent value for money, but this was true for the town in general. If you can plan ahead, that would be better.

We had travelled to Broome for the Staircase to the Moon event and this accommodation was a 2 minute walk to Town Beach for viewing. The one-bedroom apt had everything we could possibly want, with shaded balcony. The pool area was lovely, though the water too cold for when we were there. The local bus close by - buy 10-ride ticket and go anywhere around Broome - great value.

Misunderstanding about the "please clean my room" notice - these room notices also have "do not disturb" on other side and cleaning staff had assumed we did not want to be disturbed, so our room was not cleaned on the day after a public holiday when no cleaning had been done. Attention management - perhaps 2 separate notices would be best! Dining options a bit limited and expensive.

I love the location with my kids - water park, town beach, and a useful IGA across the road. I've done "stay cations" here for a few years. When I book a poolside room I know it's literally that.

1. I would love to see poached eggs as an option during breakfast. 2. The aircon controllers were pretty confusing. Some worked on different units, and one room seemed to end up hot. When I'm in a Hotel in the Kimberley, I want return to a cold room.

The location is good but you have to depend on the suttle bus that goes around town and finishes at 6h30pm. The issue I had is that after a lond day tour I found my door not closed (iclosed it tightly when I left in the morning so only the cleaning personnel could have have done this negligence) properly with the outside corridor light off. This was a perfect burglar opportunity. I went to reception to report the situation and the lady said that sometimes doors are hard to close trying to "protect" the personnel. At 400aud a night hotel, this is by far the most issreponsible response I have ever had. Maybe it reflects the entire Oaks Management irresponsibility.

The property it was very clean very relaxing atmosphere the staff at reception especially were very friendly and helpful I will recommend this to anyone that wants to come I can’t thank the boys at reception enough so friendly so welcoming 😊😊

Great location close to Town Beach and Chinatown. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a spa and shower. Cooking facilities if required. View from the balcony. Secure parking available.

That place was like a maze. A bit more signage would have been much appreciated. Had to roam quite a bit in the sweltering heat a few times getting lost. Oh and kettle has seen better days.

There are two pools that are both excellent. Such a relaxing vibe, quiet and clean. Just out of town which meant it was quiet but close enough to the action and easily accessible to everything Broome has to offer.

The food is a little basic, but cocktails are the bomb. The price is getting more and more steep which is becoming almost impossible for locals like myself to continue to visit. I am having to stay elsewhere in the July holidays due to being priced out I come to Broome every two or three months as a regular. But finding it more and more difficult to find affordable accommodation.

The balcony has an awesome view with a swimming pool. The bed was comfortable. The fronk dest at the reception, the French guy was so good and good personality. Well done. He is very attentive and polite. Dinner at the restaurant was good and the waitress has a good personality. Well done.

The breakfast was okay but the waitress has an attitude maybe if you want to have more customers to come through the door so pay attention and smile.
