It has the best view in town, better than all the resorts at Cable Beach, where they are hidden behind the sand dunes. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist with all enquiries. When we wanted to come back to the Mangrove after staying in another resort we were not happy with, the website said the room we were previously in was booked out. However, after ringing and explaining that we wanted to come back and stay in the room we were in, the receptionist changed a few things and put us in the room we wanted. We were very thankful they were able to accommodate us with this request. The rooms were always clean and were surprisingly big.

The sand flies were horrible, so if you go down to get food or relax by the pool, make sure to wear and take bug spray. The TV in the rooms were pretty bad, couldn't connect to our phones, and the sound was terrible. We wanted to spend more time in our room relaxing and watching TV but couldn't because of this. I think there is a missed opportunity and an infinity pool needs to be put in. I'd be more inclined to stay and relax at the resort if it was looking over the bay rather than hidden away.

Fabulous location looking over Roebuck Bay. Facilities and staff were great. Enjoying a cocktail or two whilst watching the sunset over the bay. You can also either eat from the bar menu which offers a wide variety of food to choose from, or in the Johnny Sausage restaurant located at the hotel or go downtown for other eateries. The Broome bus stop is located just out in front of the hotel offering easy access to other locations around Broome and out to Cable beach.

I only stayed one night but it was lovely. The view from The Bay restaurant is awesome, overlooking Roebuck Bay. Room was very clean and neat. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. Solid locks on the doors which is great for a woman travelling alone. Car park outside of my room was helpful too. Food and drinks were nice at the restaurant. Beautiful grounds. The staff were lovely, and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I should have packed bathers to swim in one of their 2 fabulous pools.

I have no complaints.

The Room was Spacious & a nice set-up. My Room backed onto access to the Pool which I Loved. The Shower was Amazing, & I Loved the Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner & the Body Lotion that were in Plentiful supply in the Bathroom 😁👍👌🥰 They smelt nice & were of a Lovely Natural Quality. The Bed was Super Comfortable, & the Bed linen was of a high standard. The Tea & Coffee were tasty & a small carton of milk + 1 free bottle of water supplied. The service to Bathers @ the Pool Area was Superb...we were treated to Watermelon wedges shaped like mini Xmas trees..& Jugs of Iced water which was perfect on the hot days...also attentive conversation to see if we were enjoying our stay, & if we required anything...Very nice personal service 😁🥰 I was really happy with my stay for 2 nights.

Probably the 1 fault was there was only white sugar supplied where my personal preference is Raw Sugar 🤔 I think a Small microwave in the room would've been perfection.

The whole experience was awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not flying out until the afternoon but they were more than happy to store our luggage and let us "hang out" in there alfresco area which is stunning. Breakfast was amazing and so was dinner. We will definitely stay again when we go back. :)

The only thing we did comment on was there was no laundry. We were flying out the next day and crossed our fingers that our pool clothes would be dry for the flight home. As it turns out, they were but a laundry would be handy.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and very accommodating to the guests. We were well looked after by the whole team. The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for a couple to share.

Given the tropical gardens and vibe of the resort there are a lot of birds that flock to the trees. Noise early mornings was an issue and we had a natures wake up call every morning from the local birds outside our windows!

They have enough parking available, everything is reachable in short distance (2 min drive to a breakfast/coffee place, shopping is approx 8 min away) and they have a really cute (and very big) terrace/garden to hang out for a drink in the evening.

The couch in the room was a bit dirty but we assume that was because we stayed there in low season. Otherwise the room was very clean.

Staff were very friendly and attentive both in the restaurant and general service areas Food was excellent in the Italian restaurant our waitress provided outstanding service. Breakfast options limited the coffee was excellent , oat milk too ! View is fantastic. Location very good for walking to see other parts of Broome township, market etc

As it was close to the end of the busy dry season outdoor maintenance was in various stages . Some tricky parts of the pool path ways. 2 x Pools were definitely a lovely relief from the heat .

Location was central and just a short walk from Town Beach or Chinatown districts. Has a lovely outdoor / indoor bar restaurant area with two pools and a gym between the accommodation wings. Terrace overlooks Roebuck Bay. Room itself was quite large and well appointed.

Room was a little dated and air conditioning not very effective, Parking was limited and not guaranteed. Bed not to my liking being too soft with too much pillow top (=hot)

Staff very friendly and helpful. The little touches made a difference - fresh water every day and ample tea coffee sticks. Bottle of sparkling in my wife’s Birthday.

The only thing missing was the ability to sit outside our ground floor apartment- no table and chairs and strangely although sliding doors could be opened the screen door was welded shut with a sign saying “for customers comfort” we assume that was really hotel speak for “customers security”.
