The hotel exceeded expectations, very friendly staff, staff in the restaurant are wonderful. The hotel is more beautiful than in the pictures and the spa is even better than it looks in the pictures. The food is of good quality, although the selection is a bit boring.

The only complaint about the hotel is that it is not warm enough in the rooms. It is pleasant to sit on, but not warm enough to dry a towel or bathrobe, for example. Also, what is not the hotel's fault, parents with children are so ill-mannered and rude, they do not respect other people, mothers want to enjoy themselves with their children in the jacuzzi and not to play with them in the children's pool. Children are of course bored in the jacuzzi and then they scream abnormally and splash the others, it was simply not relaxing because of them. At one point, there were five small children under the age of 3 in the jacuzzi.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The entire property is very neat and clean, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Dinner was different every evening, though the food was just decent. The bed was simply amazing—we had the best sleep here, which is something we truly value when traveling

One thing to keep in mind if you're traveling with a dog: there's a fee of 30 EUR per night, which wasn't mentioned during the booking process. It's good to be aware of this extra cost in advance. Lastly, the staff at the bar seemed quite tired and overworked, which made us feel a bit bad for them. It would be great if the hotel could address this, as it affected the overall atmosphere.

Very nice place to stay. Many activities for children. Playrooms are very good. Food was very good. I love your idea of to go sandwiches. View is very nice. Sauna was hot, spa area is nice and wide. Orea is a place, where I want to come back. It is family hotel but very quiet, so you can relax and enjoy the view, read a book, watch football or spend time with friends or family. In room you don't hear neighbours and that is a very big +.

That bunny ... I don't think it is right place for live animal. If you have to have him/her, find a place, where is less light and noise.

In general, the OREA is a very nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is plenty on offer in terms of food and drinks, the view is beautiful and the activities for kids are very convenient. The location is also a 30 minutes walk from the towncenter and only 25 minutes from the mountain lifts away. The SPA was perfectly fine to spend 1-3 hours a day there.

We lacked a bit of attention to detail. The suite we had booked had a few things that would need repainting and a more powerful hairdryer would be appreciated. In the public SPA and the room shower the tiles were quite slippery which was not easy with the kids. Food was in general very nice but we missed some healthier options here and there (bread in particular).

I had an incredible stay in this hotel. Not only it is beautiful, comfortable and literally has it all (restaurant, bar, spa, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor sports facilities, gym..); but it is in one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been in the Czech Republic. What a dream! The views, the fresh air, the atmosphere was amazing. And there are many activities to do around the town. Bobsled in the middle of the mountains was my favorite. I’m back home feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you for an amazing stay! I’ll definitely be back. PD: Give a raise to Martin (he works every day in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner). He was absolutely friendly, cordial and professional! 10/10 service. 👏🏼

Some bar staff could be more friendly. Other than that everything else was perfect.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with stunning views. The picturesque surroundings added to the overall charm of the place. The hotel boasts a small but refreshing pool and a sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Additionally, the bar offers a delightful selection of cocktails, and its open design allows guests to enjoy the beautiful view while sipping their drinks. One of the highlights of this hotel is its pet-friendly policy. It was a relief to be able to bring my furry friend along and enjoy our stay together. Despite the restaurant being crowded, the breakfast served was of high quality. The variety and taste of the food were impressive, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. It's worth noting that a significant portion of the hotel's guests were families with children. While this created a lively atmosphere, some guests may find the noise during breakfast a bit overwhelming.

The housekeeping service did not clean the room daily, and I had to call reception to request fresh towels. However, once I brought it to their attention, they promptly addressed the issue. The luxury suite with a balcony was smaller than expected. While it was comfortable, it may not be ideal for those seeking a more spacious accommodation. During check-out, I was surprised to find an additional charge of 7 euros per day for parking automatically added to the room rate. The hotel did not inquire whether I had arrived by car or not, which felt unnecessary and could have been clarified beforehand.

Excellent breakfast - a lot of variety and everything fresh, some things cooked right in front of you. Room was clean, not very spacious but nicely arranged, and the views from the top floor are beautiful. Spa area was very clean, only a few people as it is off ski season and not yet summer. Excellent place to have a mountain air break with some peace and quiet.

In Nr 718 the bathroom washbasin was leaking a bit, the floor of the balconies is linoleum, one would expect something more Natural. Would be great if there was some furniture on the balcony to allow people admire the view with a coffee as well.

The room was a little bit dusty in some areas and there was a single sock (yes a sock) under the sofa it's still there.. 😆 We took the suite, bathroom with two sinks yet it had only shower and no bathtub. We orderered dinner at the hotel restaurant we chose the ribeye steak but the cook couldn't make it a medium steak and we had to return it two times until he finally made it ... so we stayed at dinner over 2:30 hours which ruined our evening a bit..

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, leaving us extremely satisfied. The food was great - we highly recommend indulging in both the breakfast and dinner options as they are definitely worth it. The spa facilities were also excellent, featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna/steam room for a truly rejuvenating wellness experience. One notable aspect of the hotel is its exceptional child-friendly amenities. With numerous playrooms and a dedicated kids club, it caters to the needs of families with children. Although the abundance of facilities for children can be overwhelming at times, the well-insulated rooms ensure a peaceful and undisturbed stay for all guests.

Amazing property in the heart of mountain resort. Perfect view from our room, amazing restaurant with good selection of food, great spa with jacuzzi, saunas and swimming pool. Hotel has own ski rental and individual cameras for ski storage for each room.

Hotel is quite a distant from town center and main skiing areas. Unless you have a car, you had to use ski bus (free, but on specific schedule) or taxi that is quite an expensive.
