Here’s a review you can post on Booking: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect—very close to the ski slopes. The service was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the wellness area with the pool and sauna. They provided bathrobes, and everything was exceptionally clean. Our room was warm, clean, and comfortable—just what we needed after a day on the slopes. In the evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious, far exceeding our expectations. Breakfast was also great, with a variety of tasty options and a gorgeous view of the mountains.

In snowy weather, it’s a good idea to have snow chains for your car to avoid any issues getting out. We didn’t face any problems, but it’s something to keep in mind. The parking area is not very large, though it seemed to have enough space for everyone during our stay.

the room was decent size, breakfast had variation but after being there for 4 nights, same variety every day with nothing new - but still very good value for the money. The location was close to centrum of the city so that was fine but had issues with the cleaningless of the road since it was snowing hard and then froze. All in all, I would go back to the hotel - really enjoyed the stay there + the food in the restaurant was quite good.

road covered in snow - was cleaned but not anti slipping material was used so I got stuck with the car a few times untill i installed chains on the tires.

Beautiful hotel, super comfy beds, nice views, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The noise insulation is quite poor, we could hear kids shouting till late night. We would also appreciate some machine with snacks available to buy 24/7, hotel is isolated and if you want to buy snacks, the bar only has two (!) options (one kind of chips and almonds) till 23:00. note: the hotel is on the hill and in winter you HAVE to have snow chains to get there.

the Top ! there is nothing to say wrong about the place, wellness , restaurant was a heaven wine list almost perfect selection, breakfast one of best ever. staff super friendly .

I didn’t like to leave

If you are looking for a hotel not located in the strict center but close to it, its a great choice. The spa and swimming pool is great. The breakfast was ok - not bad not great :) the only disavtange was variety. Every single day it was all over the same.

Weird communication of the restaurant opening hours. On the door there was an info that restaurant is opened till 11PM. At 10pm one of the waitresses has turned off the lights in 2/3 of the restaurant, did the same with music. There was literally NO information that day that restaurant is opened shorter. But still we got this feedback when leaving, suggested that we have abused hospitality (because the restaurant is opened till 10PM). Weird.

Everything was awesome, from the start to the end.. the place itself is new and really nice looking, the restaurant and staff is great, the pool and whirpool are clean and breakfast... awesome, we were sad that we stayed only for one night, we will definitely come back!

I don't have anything negative to say about this place.

A bit far from city center Room was hot, no AC

Pavel and Denisa work the bar and restaurant and were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean as was the wellness area

Cooked breakfast was a little lacking in quality but overall the options were good

Nice room, comfortable and rustic in keeping with the area. Great food at the restaurant as well.

Not exactly central so it's a taxi or drive to get there.
