We had a great stay at SHI house. The apartments are very well furnished with everything you could wish for, the washing machine is an excellent addition. Bed was very comfortable, smart tv worked and the bathroom was a good size. It’s in a great location, everything is walkable and the dragon bridge is 10 minutes away. If you like running, there is a track 2 minutes away that is free to use. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Recommend staying here.

We stayed for four nights, unfortunately both of us are very sensitive sleepers and the first night our room was on the road side of the building, the noise from the traffic was enough to keep waking us up. We asked to move rooms to the back, which was done immediately and without fuss which was great. We slept like logs for the rest of our stay.

We stayed one night at Shi House before going to Hoi An and liked it so much that we ended up coming back. The hotel is the same or better than in the photos (which is rare in Vietnam). Very clean, comfortable, Japanese style and with all the amenities one needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Nam, Thu, Thao, Thao assisted us on the nights we were there, very efficient and always with a smile. Totally recommendable when in DaNang.

The second room we stayed was great but it faces the street so it can be a little bit noisy at night, but nothing extreme.

Lovely large room, with superb shower, overlooking the Han River and Dragon Bridge. (If you are here on a Saturday or Sunday evening 9pm, walk to bridge for the dragon's head for the show). Location pretty good, about 10 mins walk to go under the bridge on hotel side for restaurants, shops and over the bridge for the hustle & bustle of Da Nang. It took us approx. 25 mins to walk to My Khe Beach but absolutely worth it, sat & had a few beers watching the world go by! We had a wonderful stay :-)

They have given me an outstanding service. They clean my room everyday and give me clean towels. I have all I need they are very accomodating. the staff are soooo kind and very respectable. Hoang Nam Thu Thao is very kind and assisted me during my stay. The place is near at the dragon bridge and the Night Market. A lot of coffeshops around. Great for walking.

Everything is perfect 👍👍. The room as it’s shown in the picture. Complete facilities ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The washing machine was really helpful, so I can get home with all my clothes clean 🙂. The location is also great! Walking distance to dragon bridge and Son Tra Night Market. All the staffs are very kind. The hospitality they deliver is great! Especially Thu, she contacted me a day before I checked in to make sure she would provide everything I need when I’m in Da Nang. And it’s proven! She is so quick response and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Da Nang. And if I ever got a chance to comeback, I would pick this place again to stay! Thank you Shi House for making me comfortable during my trip in Da Nang! Wishing you more successful in the future!! 🤗

Everything is good. We like your bathtub and your style. the river view is the best for us. we are really interested in your service. the location is pretty good. close to everything. the room view directly to the river and bridges. super clean and friendly host. we couldn’t ask for more.

Furnitures are well-equipped. I like watching Netflix on TV. It brought me so real experience. I could also cook breakfast using the kitchen. So surprised that they even have washing machine.

Please check the drainage hose in the bathroom. It takes time for water to get drained. It may be stuck inside.

It's a pretty new hotel. The room was comfy and pretty. I like the neutral colors and the decor. The best part though was the incredible staff. I especially want to mention Xuan Thu. I showed up hungry. She and her colleague quickly got me some chicken rice and hand-delivered it to my door. She also helped me get a sim card and order a truck to move some personal belongings. I was so lucky to meet such an angel who went out of her way to help everyone enthusiastically with a big smile. To say the least, I was deeply touched.

I thought the washroom basin was situated quite low even for a shortie like me. My balcony was right next to another building so it didn't make sense to open the curtains even during the day.
