Good stay in Hem ! Near everything ( restaurant, walking street, bridge, city central, especially beach ). Not far away from airport ( 10 mins ). Swimming pool is relax and chill.

That was a perfect choice in my trip. I had a great memory in this hotel. The room looks bigger than images. comfortable and clean. The staff are attentive and friendly, always willing to help. Especially, Thanks Ms. Thy, she helped me a lot. I'd like to recommend this hotel to anyone who have a plan to visit Da Nang !

I book one night for trial stay and then i decided to stay more 2 weeks. I was impressed by their architecture ( it's unique - think so ). Besides, the breakfast is delicious and this is the first time i try Dimsum. One special thing, they have a Spa service ( including steam ) in their hotel. This is a boutique but full amenities i need.

I think they could provide more games. Now just a foosball. It's wonderful to have a PS4.

The second room my parents staying. They helped us arrange those same floor. It's good for us to take care of them. Near many restaurants, mart, ....

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hem Hotel. The room was very cosy and clean. All amenities were were useful (big fridge, kitchen, etc.). All team members were so nice, friendly and helpful making it easy to feel homy. I want to say thank you to everyone. I had so much fun chatting with Tam, learning abt Danang, Vietnamese Culture and many things more. Thanks for answering my neverending questions :D The breakfast was very cute and tasty offering a good variety of food and coffee. Thanks here especially to Anne who explained me how the tasty coffee was being made. The sweet Vietnamese ice coffee was soooo good too :-) Also thanks to Kim, Hien, Than and Duyen. You very very helpful and nice and made my stay very enjoyable. If I come back to Danang, I will stay at The Hem again, that‘s for sure :-)

The hotel is brand new and felt very fresh and modern. The team was super helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, very clean and bed linen was crispy. Room had everything you may need (apart from bottle opener). There is a laundry facility in the corridor. The spa was fantastic. Overall we didn’t want to leave and kept extending our stay.

The pool area was a bit unappealing. Breakfast was basic, we opted to eat elsewhere. Laundry room should have some usage time rules to avoid loud noises of the dryer at night. It would be great if small detergent & conditioner would be available to purchase from hotel.

The hotel is very clean and sleek. It’s a small hotel, so please don’t expect a grandious entrance etc (which I prefer). Design wise, the interior is cozy and homey. I like that despite I booked a studio, they gave us one room apartment style with two sliding doors separating bedroom and living room/kitchen.

It’s not that I don’t appreciate, but for some people it could be bothering, there's construction in front of the hotel, so you would hear some noises during the day. From my side, it didn’t bother me that much, the building in front is almost done but you could hear some noises. The thing is, my sister and I were out most of the time during the day exploring the city, so we barely heard any noises.

Really nice hotel in a good location just 5 mins walk to the main town area. Room and hotel interior of a great standard you can tell the hotel is new and is kept clean through out. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good for a small hotel that hasn’t got unlimited space.

Although not the hotels fault in theory we were never made aware of the loud building site right next door that started and woke us up at 7am every morning. We found this really frustrating as we were looking forward to a relaxing last few days in Da nang before heading home after a busy trip to Vietnam. Also the hot water in the shower would only stay hot for 2 mins before gradually getting colder the longer it was on, the maintenance team were very quick to assist and made the water hotter which was great but we still suffered with the same problem of it getting cold quickly.
