The accommodation is modern and beautifully clean. We have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. After a day of skiing, the best way to relax is in the huge wellness area (saunas, swimming pool). No words can describe the great food and smiling chefs. Simply a TOP place for a winter holiday.

Our initial room was very small for a family of four but once we'd been moved to a larger room, it was absolutely perfect for a family of four. The food was exceptional and our waiter, Milo, was absolutely brilliant. He knew exactly what we wanted, memorised our drinks and was always on hand to help.

We initially booked two family rooms - one was quite small (2nd floor), the other was fine (3rd floor). We paid the same for both rooms. Initially when we asked about room size and potential to change there was some reluctance on the hotel's part. We were told that it would cost more. I explained that I had booked both rooms and they had cost exactly the same so we were simply asking for the two rooms to be the same size, at which point the hotel was very accommodating and we got a fantastic room - so all good in the end.

Food was very good. Spa and sauna area was new and nice. The rooms were clean. Location was good and next to ski lifts!

The breakfast should start at least 30 min earlier, 7.00 am. It started 7.30 and it was a rush every morning if You want to ski on good tracks, because ski lift opens 8.30. Also, we had mountain view, but 3 mornings in a row around 5.45 am! the snow plow truck (even if there was no new snow) came to clean parking lot next to windows and it was so noisy that couldn’t sleep. The beds should have had 1 big mattresse instead of 2, isn’t comfy for couples.

The staff was very nice and the service was good. Especially the kitchen workers..

1- the pool was cold. 2- i dont understand why the hotel charges his guests for water from the tap in dinner. Its very annoying to pay 4 euros for water from the tap when you don't have alternative. 3- i dont know why, in our 3rd day we left the sign for cleaning our room, for new towels and all that, and no one did something about it. Maybe they forgot us, but this is not ok for me...

I believe it is my 8th time at the Tyrolerhof and it has an amazing dining room and restaurant. There's a huge variety of foods (both dinner and breakfast), it's a nice mix of a buffet and selection of main course (unlike many half board hotels where you need to decide on your main course at breakfast, here you can choose it at the buffet and see the serving before you make the choice).

Food at the restaurant was perfect. Staff extremely friendly in the restaurant and in the lobby bar. Saunas clean and many of them. Room also perfectly clean. Superb! Special thanks to Jana, Lubos and Dragan- the staff that made our stay especially pleasant:)

Well located within a short walk of the gondola station. Lovely rooms with plenty of storage. Superb food and friendly staff. Great pool and spa area. Next door to Grizzly’s ski hire shop, who are also excellent.

Modern, clean. Great pool and sauna. Excellent hotel food. The attached Grizzly Bar was a great après and evening spot. Ski hire from Grizzly Sports affordable and excellently placed. Some of the best ski lockers I’ve had.

Dinner is superb, with plenty of good options Breakfast also really good with a very wide ranging buffet, including hot food. Excellent Spa and swimming pool is also very good, and all included (steam room, sauna, etc) Staff all very good, friendly and helpful Grixxly bar next door (owned by the hotel) is also good

Wine list is very good - but starts at €32. No problem, but we might have had a few more bottles if a couple of more reasonable priced bottles had been available. Worst (small) thing was that a jug of tap water at dinner was €3. Not sure this is justifiable... It is at least free at breakfast! :)
