The hotel’s location is very close to the lifts, providing easy access with the summer card provided by the hotel. The room was very spacious with a big balcony. Everything is very modern. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff was some of the friendliest.

The parking arrangement was a little chaotic as both the garage and the parking in front of the hotel were full but they provided us second garage that was few minutes away. WiFi in the room was a bit slow.

We had the one-bedroom suite, which had a huge balcony, it was very clean and cozy and we had a lot of space. Also, a friend wanted to join us short-termed and the hotel was very welcoming and prepared his bed before arrival (the one bedroom suite includes a sleeping couch, which they set up). Our friend also had to take his dog and the crew also was totally fine with that and prepared a little bed and everything else needed for the dog :) As we arrived late and couldn’t attend dinner, VAYA was so kind and prepared a platter in our room. The spa facilities were great as well!

The rooms lack some basic things (bottle opener, several glasses) and we would have expected some drinks in the minibar (like water, maybe a wine) but it was empty. Also, the TV in the bedroom didn’t work.

Very clean hotel, modern rooms, great location, easy parking.

We stayed there 3 nights. with exception of the first dinner, other foods were disappointing. The same basic salad plus the leftover of the previous nights! seriously, the leftover meat from the first night was chopped into a salad for the other days. Tiramisu leftover was used for the other days breakfast. also, too salty meals, hard to finish due to lack of taste! I have been to many other 4-star hotels in Tyrol, this one was the most disappointing.

Very comfortable rooms with great beds plenty of space and lovely bathrooms. The breakfast was also great. On our last day, the staff letter use the wellness area which didn’t have to and we thought they went above and beyond

Breakfast was acceptable, enough to choose from. We liked dinners, they meet our expectation. Room was nice and clean, comfortable but next time we would like to book a bigger one. What was missing are some more hooks and handles for to dry wet clothes. It would help to add some to the radiator in the bathroom.

First evening we had to stay next to the enterance door in the lobby for dinner and next breakfast. It was a bit dissapointment in the first moment if you match it with the money we payd for the hotel and services. Finally it was solved thanks to your people. But I had the feeling that if I did not ask nobody would care.

the location is great. the dinner every night was varied as well as the breakfast. we can’t complain about the food. the staff were very friendly. the room was nicely decorated.

the room was for three adults and you get a sofa bed for the third person. which is fine if it pulled out and made a bed like all other hotel sofa beds. this sofa couch did not. it was small for an adult. if I had known this I would never have booked the suggested room for 3! it made it very uncomfortable. the room was booked for three people yet the room was made up for two. not even the sofa bed had linen. attention to numbers is so importantly.

The room was nice, bed very comfy and bathroom was very nice with floor heating.

The food in the evening was poor quality and f. e. soup and fish very salty, the salad buffet was a little bit tired.

The Soa Suite was absolutely amazing! Loved the style of the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The room was very nice and staff was very friendly.

It would be nice to have a jacuzzi in the spa area. Garage is a bit tight but luckily there's also parking space in front of the hotel. Due to location, there's quite a bit of traffic on the streets next to hotel.

Room was ver nice and clean, and quite spacious for European Standards. Breakfast was very good and tea and coffee were not charged separately at breakfast but included. The hotels proximity to the main ski cable car was quite good, a short walk of under 10 min or a 2 min bus ride. Returning there was a ski trail that led you less than 75 meters or 250 feet to your hotel. Close to the "main village road" as well.
