The best motel I have ever stayed in. The whole complex was very well looked after from the gardens to the room to the bathroom. While the building might have been built in the '80's (estimate), the way the property is looked after is incredible. Really comfortable. The facilities in the room were immaculate. I have to confess the biscuits were a real treat!

* 5 STAR all the way !!..... just SO CLEAN & Lovely, wish all accommodation was like The Heritage - will certainly be back - short walk to the Main Street & easy all round - great to have a pool for the hot days.

The toilet didn’t flush properly And the curtains didn’t close properly and that means the outside light was shining in

The room had just been renovated so was immaculate. We had the family room which had separate bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen area. Worked really well for our family of 4. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast not provided. Nice outlook, pool was at swimming temperature. Short drive to dinner. Comfortable room, large bathroom. Quiet.

Perhaps some dining out/in information in a folder, so that googling was not necessary. RSL closed as a Monday night. Fortunately found a table at the Federal/Federation hotel. Great meal.

Very clean and well kept, the outdoor entertaining area and pool were great!

Rooms are a little dated, older TVs without modern streaming applications and slow wifi (2 Mbps).

everything….much thought and effort had been undertaken in renovating this motel. Room was really spacious and comfortable and provided everything we could want. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay

Nothing not to like

I booked here for visiting the Corowa distillery. The motel was clean however the room could have done with an update. There was an iPhone dock clock radio with the old iPhone connection. The bathroom was clean but could do with a spruce up. Due to Covid they had an interesting contactless check in system with essentially a key vending machine so I can’t really judge the staff. The highlight of the property was definitely the pool which was heated to perfection. Overall a nice pleasant overnight stop if you’re exploring the region

Old features in room such as old clock radio made it feel a bit cheaper

Clean and comfortable and it was easy to check in and check out.

The freezer compartment in the fridge didn’t keep our frozen goods frozen. It had no door of its own. The hot tap in the bathroom made a loud water hammer noise. It possibly just needs a new washer.

Only had the breakfast once and it was the best Lamb Chop i have had in ages - even had to ask who their supplier was and was most pleased to hear that it was from a local butcher who sources his meat from the district. you could tell!!
