The ride into town costs around 100 pesos (approximately $5), making it an affordable and easy journey. The front staff will call a car for you when you’re ready.

The staff (Erika,Caro,Javier,and Jose) are super friendly and make you feel at home. Extra thank you to Erika, she was very attentive before our trip even started and answered all of our questions. The views are amazing. Breakfast is good. Overall atmosphere is very relaxing.

The tub in the master can be dangerous for some to shower because you have to “climb” out, it’s also broken but I was able to use the shower in the other bathroom. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

This really is such a stunning place to stay! Beautifully maintained property and gardens with amazing views, great pool and jacuzzi, tennis court, amazing breakfast. The staff could not be nicer and many speak English. We were able to park safely in their car park and although it's a little out of town it's an easy and cheap uber into the historic centre (which is not a place you want to drive in yourself!) We would highly recommend.

Nothing it was fabulous.

The views are amazing and above the hustle and bustle of Guanajuato. Easy taxi rides down the hill to the central part of the colonial city. Quite home like. Breakfast on the patio each day was a delight. Beautifully decorated with Mexican artesanía. The staff will arrange taxis, drivers to San Miguel, massage therapists, restaurant reservations, and day trips. Super friendly and helpful. We extended one day. Tranquilo. Excellent value. The workout facilities could use an upgrade.

The staff helped us set up tours and were there for all of our needs. They call it a hotel but it's more like a resort they have a spa a sauna swimming pools we had a jacuzzi in our room breakfast was top quality and like I said before the staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Have them make you a mojito they pick the ingredients out of their own garden it's amazing!!!

That we had to leave and we were only there for 2 days!

The staff, the view, the pool, the location and the outstanding attention to detail. This unique property was such an enjoyable surprise we are already planning on bringing the whole family back as soon as we can. Everyone so happy and helpful it was like staying with family!

The grounds were so lovely it will make everywhere else we stay pale in comparison

The breakfast was wonderful and we ate outside on the covered porch with beautiful views. The place and our room exceeded expectations; all was beautiful and very comfortable.

Finding the place in the first place. Went to a place across the city in the middle of the slums and the street names were identical. Then we discovered there was another street with the same name and we went to that. It was VERY difficult to find the place even though we knew we were at the correct address. Once we found the place, it was Heaven.

Wonderful, attentive staff, spacious rooms, beautiful views and great breakfast! Truly an authentic experience of Mexico. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Guanjuato!

Absolutely everything! Felt like I was at home, but with a significantly better view! Booked the suite with the hot tub on the terrace....wow! Staff were welcoming, accommodating, and above all, lovely. Location is a couple of miles out of town, up the hill, which offers the peace and quiet that was being sought, and close proximity for exploration day or night. A hidden gem!

Truly one of the most charming, pleasant hotels I have ever stayed at. Just beautiful. We were some of the only guests as well so it felt like we had this massive house to ourselves. Every detail is just wonderful and unique.

There are no restaurants really that are walking distance. Just the downside to getting all this peaceful privacy I guess. It’s only a short taxi ride to town.
