Great location. Great breakfast. Our room was perfect (junior suite) for a little toddler. Gorgeous views of the Xmas markets, that comes as a cost with the noise level, but it was expected. Majority of the staff were great.

No step free access. Carrying a child plus a pram, and suitcases; was very tricky getting in and out of hotel. Also no sign of a belly boy / help nearby. They seemed to be on a cigarette break a lot of the time/not present. Majority of the staff were great, however the receptionist when we checked in, barely smiled, gave one word answers and was inhospitable towards us. Although she gave the information required, there was a lack of engagement and or customer service. For the money we paid, we would expect better in these areas at least.

The hotel room view and the located near the main station and everything close by. Specially thanks to Mohamed at the reception he was very helpful. Thanks to the receptionist who checked us in/out both were kind.

I was required to pay a 100 euro security deposit to cover any potential orders or damages. This was quite disappointing, as none of the other hotels I have stayed at in Brno have asked for such a deposit.

The location is top: walking distance from the train station in the pedestrian only center of Brno. On the main square at walking distance from all main attractions. Most of the staff members are very kind The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment and sheets that wrap around the mattress I witnessed a wonderful case of honesty: on my way out for a walk, I was passed by two members of the staff who then ran after a departing car. On their return I asked what had happened. They said that they had found a Euro 50 bill on the floor of the reception. They had succeeded in stopping the car and handing over the Euro 50 bill!!!! I was so impressed that I thanked them wholeheartedly for their honesty and gave them Euro 20 finders feeb

Stylish hotel, central location (restrictions apply for entering this zone of Brno), very nice and stylishly appointed rooms, nice and tasteful decor. Breakfast was also very nice and plentiful, with many different chouces. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean.

I was very shocked by the 100 EUR "damage deposit" they require. I stayed in far more luxurious hotels and never ever was this asked. This is cheap and nasty and for this reason I will look for other places to stay for my regular trips to Brno. It feels like they do not trust their guests. Asking for "damage deposit" is something they do in cheap student travel hostels, not in 5star hotels. Truly disgusted by this!

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, both at the front desk and at the restaurant where they serve breakfast. Natalia and Magdalena at the FD were wonderful. The property is furnished with high-quality art pieces.

Seems odd that in 2024 there aren't any USB ports available in the guest room. Also, the breakfast was great but for those used to breakfasts in high-end hotels, for some reason the breakfasts in Czech republic seem lacking. Sure, there are croissants being offered, but they are not the fluffy, flakey, buttery heavenly taste one associates with the actual French pastry (that, for the record, some bakeries around Brno offer). Minor quibble, overall. The staff made up for it!

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, they were patient with our requests and have been a delight. The room is spacious and the view is fantastic (right onto the square). The location is supreme. Generally everything is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Maybe it was due to the slightly aged infrastructure, the ventilation in the bathroom is not as good. Perhaps the addition of a bottled handwash would be nice.

The location is excellent, right in the center, next to a square with plenty restaurants. The rooms though quite small are well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very good also.

I had to wait for quite a long while when I arrived for the young lady at reception to finish a private phone conversation. When she decided to hang up, instead of appologizing, she rudely pointed out to me that she was on the phone. I believe customers should have priority while she’s at work. Other than this small incident, the staff was very nice and helpful.

First of all the staff were the nicest people that I ever met in a 5 star hotel (and I do a lot of traveling)with patients that I have never yet met willing to help with every request and needs that we asked them about. Even the breakfast was delicious and in a very quiet relaxed environment. The lunch that we had in the hotel restaurant was excellent I had a steak which was cooked better and tastier than a premium restaurant that I ate at in Brno 👌

Located in the heart of downtown, surrounded by eateries, places to shop, bars & cafe. Walking distance to public transportation, main train & tram stations. The theme and interior looked antique and beautiful. Helpful and efficient staff.

Unfortunately, the people in the room beside came back in the wee hours, drunk and were absolutely noisy. We could clearly hear them speaking. As the rooms are preserved in the olden style, the noise and weather insulation wasn't too good. The room was rather cold.

The hotel is very centrally located and almost everything is reachable by walking. The only thing we took Uber for was Villa Tugendhat (mostly bc we left late, it is otherwise walkable, too). You get a special permit emailed to you so you can enter the restricted zone and drive straight to the hotel - your car will be then parked for you and brought back when you are ready to depart. Room was spacious and comfy, maybe a bit dated but clean and functional. Breakfast was great, good variety. All the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Our room had a shower/bath combo and the step over the bathtub was quite high which was a bit tricky and slippery. The view over the square was beautiful but as our room was directly under the roof, the windows were small and high up so you couldn't really see outside without stepping up (I understand that that is due the nature of the historical building but it would have been nice to have a clear view).
