It was very close to the station and we were travelling by train. We were leaving very early the next morning and when we mentioned this they offered to make us up a packed breakfast/lunch as we had booked a room with breakfast which we would miss which was very nice of them.

Our first room did not have air conditioning and it was very hot. However when we asked at reception they moved us to a different room (for an upgrade fee of course).

The location next to the railway station and nearby the subway is fantastic if you are traveling with public transport. it is also very close to the old town if you want to visit the town or if you want to find a restaurant in the evening.

the hotel is a bit of a labyrinth with several buildings, I needed 4 staircases en several doors and hallways to make it to my room, which means it is a long walk if you need to be at the reception.

Excellent location - extremely close to local transportation and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful - exceptional customer service. Good breakfast.

Limited elevator access to our rooms was inconvenient, so there were a lot of stairs. Thankfully, not all rooms had this issue. However, staff helped take luggage to and from rooms which we really appreciated.

Room very good, although on the 5th floor, slightly strange layout, but very well furnished, beds good, bathroom very good, with large shower, all very modern. Breakfast selection very good. The Bar was good, not bad on price and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

On arrival we were a bit tired and chose to eat in the Restaurant, some of the meals, looked a bit expensive TBH, as we were not starving, we had a very light/small meal with a soup starter, which was ok price wise. But a full 3 course meal, if you were hungry would be an expensive evening.

Everything was brilliant. Especially the staff who helped me a lot when i had lost my phone. Couldn't say more about how helpful they were Would totally recommend staying here

Room was a little bit warm and the ac made a strange noise after running for a while so couldn't be left on too long. But thats being picky

Location great, close to city centre, a tram stop immediately outside of the hotel with trams every 10 mins to my place of work

I could have brought my swim shorts and taken advantage of the indoor pool, I will next time!

The location was 5 min from the central station and the city centre. There was parking option in for the hotel. The room was big. There was a minibar in the room.

The reception lady wasn't so pleasant. When the other lady told us that we can pay at the checkout the lady yelled at her and told her that we need to pay now. (We planned to pay in advance anyway) We had to pay for the drinks we took from the minibar.

The hotel is very convenient right next to the main train station south exit. Nice breakfast, very clean!

Train station quite loud, but quiet when the windows are closed.

The breakfast was excellent. A varied and good choice of items. There staff constantly filled up when needed. All the hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was near the railway station which was convenient for day trips to other places.

The hotel is very well situated, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Although you can see that the hotel is bit dated, it is extremely well kept and clean.

If you arrive late, you might miss the parking spot. But we were lucky with the last one. And sauna was our of order during our stay.
