Breakfast was nice, rooms were comfortable and it's close to the centre.

I booked well in advance. I then called, asking that the rooms would be close, stating we'd be arriving late (due to plane landing at 12am) When we got there, I was told there's only one room in my name and we'd have to sleep in the one room, and no more rooms were available. I asked the clerk to check the rest of the papers he was sorting through. Turned out he missed it, and this was only spotted by me when he handed over the sheet to sign, which had my wife's name on the room. He looked again, found it and apologised. However he then said the rooms are 4 floors apart? He blamed his "new colleague" - which I wasn't buying. So, that extra grief after traveling all day with young kids was not welcomed, and being floors apart want ideal after being told we would be close.

This hotel had a very good location. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and about a 15 minute walk to the main commercial / tourist area. Therefore, close to many restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, etc. Our room adequately accommodated our family of three. The bathroom was quite spacious. Was very impressed with the breakfast. It provided a full variety of options for both hot and cold breakfast items. Very nice! The staff were also very helpful and assisted us with a number of enquires which arose.

Though the queen bed was quite comfortable, the pull-out couch/ hide-a-bed was not so much. It was well used. The room also needed a chair with a back on it, rather than only providing seating options on a bed. Upon check in, the hotel staff advised that the air conditioning in the hotel was not operational. They provided us with fans, numerous bottles of water at our request, and also offered a discount on our booking. Thought this was very fair ... it was more than any other hotel had compensated us for on this non A/C tour throughout Germany.

Breakfast was great, loved the make your own waffle station! Location is also great, right next to the train station and the old town. There is also an underground station right next door. Room was big and comfortable!

Parking was full and the same goes for the nearby public parking so be prepared for that. There was a funny mix up in the booking system so they first sent us to an already occupied room, opened the door, someone was already in. Back to reception, second room, same thing. The staff were very apologetic and dealt with it as quickly as possible though. Made some new friends too.

The breakfast was amazing, the person who was front staff helped out alot going out their ways to make my stay amazing, I saw there was this one young gentleman who was all alone at the front desk doing his best that he could do, I asked him questions on how the restaurants were and which one is the best to go to, I also am pleased that the young worked hard you should give him a raise for working really hard

Only thing I didn't like was that the other guest were rushing and being demanding but other than that Great HOTEL and AMAZING workers

Clean. Room size is OK for 2 people. If the 3rd is an adult then there is not so much place left in the room besides the beds. But it is ok. Breakfast is good. All staff from the reception to the breakfast area is kind and smiling. Thanks for all. Your hotel will be our choice for the next trip.

Breakfast area is not enough for the whole hotel at the same time. It is near the lobby and at the rush hour it is a little bit crowded. The room is not cold but a little chilly for us even we tried to turn on the heater in full which is not probably in total operation because of the energy situation in the country.

The rooms are very comfortable! Noise insulation, comfortable beds, pillows, bathroom, everything you would need, even Iron and Ironing board and lots and lots of power sockets fpr chargers and equipment <3 Staff was smiley, polite and supportive. Average breakfast but meets the expectations for the type of hotel and price range.

Giving 9 / 10 for 2 reasons which probably are accidental but nevertheless: When we arrived we did not get immediately the room we booked so one night we had to spend in two separate rooms and on the next day we moved. The staff was very kind, organized and supportive to fix the above. On day we had to checkout, the maid woke us up at 8:45 by knocking on the door and then 2 seconds after entering the room. It was a stressful experience.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton hotels earlier. So we chose this one in Nürnberg without doubt. We enjoyed our staying for one night! Super comfortable bad, quietness and good breakfast. Super option - to have 24/7 coffee in lobby

It would be nice to have a fridge in room with minibar. We asked about parking place in hotel but we hadn’t a guarantee for it, so we parked our cars in city parking not far from hotel. Actually it wasn’t problem

Such an amazing experience in Nurnberg! Everything exceeded my expectation, the staff, the breakfast, the room. Great value for the money. It was so good that in the next evening I stopped at their colleagues at Hampton Hamburg. (not even close) Even though the hotels are the same, the price and the experience are different. Big difference, so yes, a big thanks to the staff from Nurnberg!

Nothing to dislike

Very comfortable room with a proper second bed for our child; good breakfast included which allowed also for the fun of making of waffles. Close to the train station, not far to walk to restaurants and historic and reconstructed monuments.

The area in which food was served at breakfast is very small for the capacity of the hotel so was a little congested.

The staff were very apologetic regarding no air conditioning and ensured we had a fan and kept us well hydrated . Staff always ensured we had what we needed and without exception all staff we polite and professional.

Not having a fridge in the room. Although breakfast was available it would have been good if lunch and dinner could have been offered.
