Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful , especially Mirela and Corali

The hotel is in the center, a walking distance from historical part. It's all paying parking in the streets around the hotel, but the good thing is that you don't pay at night (19:00 till 9:00). Breakfast was good. The room was also good, despite kitchen and dining were not very spacious. We had a couple of hot days, it was pleasant to have air conditioning in the room.

TV wasn't working. When I reported it at the reception I was told they had to give another room if we wanted a working TV. We did not want to change the room as we were already settled (we could survuve without TV, pity Olympic games were ongoing). The thing is, when I told them about the problem I had the impression they already knew this, so it would have been better if they told us about it at check in.

The place was lovely and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was absolutely superb—close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was well-equipped with modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury!"

Very nice hotel in the city center, very friendly staff It was clean , many lights , good TV with varieties of channels ( even Russian channels) It was warm inside the room It’s nearby all the attractions

I liked everything apart from the fact that they asked for a 100 euro deposit ( only with a card, no cash) , and no where was said about it , it got me by surprise.

Very convenient location for access to historical center. Simple and clean hotel with all the necessary amenities! Very helpful staff!

The climatization system was failed and instead of cold air, exhausts hot air in the middle of August! For this reason they put us in a room with no river view, but with a back view, well protected from the sunlight. All the front river view rooms were really hot!

Central location, modern apartments.

The place not always responsive. We had troubles finding it since address point to the front of the building (another hotel), but the entrace is on the left side in front of the opera. Confusing parking information. They have some parking places in the cellar below, which can be reserved, but there is also a public underground parking next door. Both have entrance from the backside and not from the street close to the river.

The location was superb, close to the City, but not so close there was any noise or disturbance. The kitchen although we did not need it looked to be well equipped. The pull down bed was good as it meant there was a more spacious feel to the room when tucked away.

It could have been better signposted as it shares the same post code / building as another hotel, which led to a little confusion initially. Quickly rectified by the reception at the other hotel.

I love the combination hotel/appartment. Very comfortable rooms with the option of cooking on a little kitchen is great. Easy to create a breakfast in the room. This in combination with being central in the city, supermarkets, restaurants and touristic sights are nearby. The best choice for a modest family.

Some works every morning next to our room window But that is just bad luck I guess.

We liked everything about the aparthotel, great services, great staff (prepared and very polite), the apartment was clean, spacious, functional and modern looking. The breakfast was amazing, there was something for every possible taste, I've never seen anything like it. Fantastic location, in a couple of minutes you can reach the major attractions (the supermarket is very close too)

The first room I was given was not acceptable. The bathroom was great, but the bed was a pull down bed which I could not do, and it was very small. The INCREDIBLY nice and competent staff (Coralie and Fiona the next morning) gave me a ve4ry beautiful room. The bed was a little soft for me. Excellent breakfast (coffee was ... well ... not Italian). A very good place, paired with the Novotel next door.

The first room was not good
