Friendly staff. Great location. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed. Pool area is nice and relaxing.

-Bathroom towels are old and thin, should be replaced. -More gym equipment should be added to the hotel, not much on offer. -Hotel needs to regulate vaping from hotel guests. It’s out of control. Many people vaping in common areas, around the reception and lobby, the pool area etc with no regard for other people. Needs to be banned.

Wow. Tbh I wasn't sure reading the reviews and everyone one being 10/10. Surely it couldn't be that good. Well it was. The room was awesome, the staff so friendly. Shout out to Mika in the breakfast section, she really showed an interest in me and my Son. She deserves a pay rise! She went above and beyond for us for the whole 12 nights we stayed. Location great, pool amazing., buffet breakfast awesome. We will definitely be back.

The only thing I would say is the toilet door bangs loud if you don't catch it. We had our son sleeping so that's my only issue. But tbh it's nothing really.

This place exceeded our expectations, a short stroll to the beach, the breakfast was 10/10, great coffee too! Staff were beautiful and the rooms, sound proof. Didn’t hear a single thing when inside, absolutely stunning accommodation.

There’s absolutely nothing we didn’t enjoy,

I loved the hospitality from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt like Kings and the staff were incredible, so friendly and kind! I loved the pool bar for the 5 hours of happy hour where cocktails were 2 for 1. The food in the pool bar and via room service was also fantastic and well priced. The rooms were amazing, the TV, the aircon, the house cleaning, all were perfect. Overall, the experience was so positive, tranquil, relaxing and perfect for groups of friends, a young family or on your own. I will be back very soon.

Poolside cocktails outside of happy hour were too much to sit and stay for. No BBQ sauce at breakfast buffet!

Excellent hotel with awesome staff and facilities. Enjoyed the pool and the gym and of course the Buffett breakfast.

Despite requesting interconnecting rooms and/or rooms next to each other at the time of booking this was not accommodated on the first night. The staff were however able to make it happen on the remaining nights of our stay which was greatly appreciated.

Our room was very comfortable, although the decor was a little tired, in need of a revamp. The staff at the hotel, were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank the staff and management for their help and care during our stay, I suffered a serious injury whilst I was a guest and they were extremely helpful, providing transport to the hospital and anything that I needed to keep me comfortable for the rest of my stay.

I thought the hotel was in need of renovation, some of the furniture in the room was a little old and needed upgrading with new upholstery and the sofas were not very comfortable to sit on.

It’s a beautiful place, the hotel is grand, the pool is amazing, the rooms were very nice and clean with all amenities. Its in a very good location, 5 minutes from the beach.

Nothing really had a lovely time

The staff at the hotel were wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily and spent a lot of time at the swim up bar, especially during the daily happy hour. It was also very quiet inside the resort, which was surprising considering the traffic noise along the busy street. The rooms were clean and comfortable and ours was also quite spacious. We had a direct pool access room, which we didn't really use to access the pool but was handy as it was close to everything and no lifts or stairs. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Everything. the room was soooooo comfortable. we have balcony so it was really convenient to seating lazy under the sky in full privacy. My son had forgotten his drawings when we checked out and the housekeeping staff kindly kept those papers and easily locate and hand them to us when we went back to search it through the front desk. Good hospitality from font desk, room service, concierge, housekeeping and security! We loved our stay and even had a pleasant golf car shuttle ride to the shopping street. The driver had great hospitality as well!

Minor, but we weren't pointed to the welcome drink n snack corner but probably its US style to figure feel at hone and pick them up ourselves if we see them. While, some other 4 star hotels offered cold towel and delivered the drink to the waiting table :) Also minor, would be accesibility in the shower. Young children and people with standing disabilities would appreciate an additional small shower head's holder and soap & shampoo dispensers placed lower in height for easier reach.

Not too large a resort, lovely ammenities and their buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in Bali.

The pool is a good size but during peak times there isn’t much room if you don’t already have a lounger seat.
