We were very pleased with the stay overall experience was great. Cleanliness and facilities in the rooms was great, location is very good, walking distance to Main Street and bus station. All the staff was very welcoming. Our hosts Andrzej and Tomek made our stay more special as we got engaged in Zakopane they have organised romantic dinner in the restaurant Villa Toscana for us. Restaurant we had our breakfast Villa Toscana was superb! The quality of food was amazing. The staff the was very professional. We would like to say a special thank you for Kasia who served us at the breakfast for her big smile at each of our request was done with no effort, and Maks who was our waiter at the dinner.

Andre is an exceptional host and does an amazing job of running this property. We came all the way from Australia and hope to come again. We loved the aesthetic and relaxing vibe of the villas, the attention to detail was amazing. It was also great to have a small kitchen area to prepare some local foods we’d picked up from the market. The sauna and spa area was the highlight for us, and we used this daily. Andre also helped me arrange a massage. Walking distance to town. We even saw Deers from the room! Everything was perfect. The room and the facilities were above expectations, very clean and comfortable. Because of Andrew, our stay went from great to perfect. very new beautiful property. loved the sauna after our hikes and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. Location is lovely quiet, yet 5 minutes walking to the center. Nice quality breakfast in the restaurant next door. tService was beyond friendly, while leaving it up to us if we needed anything. Even got some good tips for our next stop in Krakow. When we go back to Zakopane we will stay here again.

Room size was smaller than expectation and room location was not as expected. It's mainly kind of misunderstanding that the website showing all photos of "rooms with terrace" at the same page without distinguish different villa, and at the end we don't know which room would be allocated. Guests should take note of what you see may not be what you get.

We spent an amazing 4days in Zakopane, the Villa’s location is exceptional, in a 5minute walk you can get easily to the city centre and other attractions. The apartment was clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The wellness is open from 16-22, the jacuzzi is outside but it was 38 Celsius, so even in minuses, you can’t get a cold. We were also happy for the parking lot, visited Morskie Oko which is a 20minute drive from the Villa. I would 100% recommend this place.

Great experience. The apartment is close to the city center but not too crowded, which is really nice. One of the best parts is the view; from the apartment, you can see the beautiful Giewont Mountain and Gubałówka, which is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredible, and the spa facilities are top-notch. It's more than just an apartment; it's a whole way of life. This place is a great choice for families looking for a peaceful, scenic place in the city.

Villa is new, stylish and is very good located. Only 5 minutes from the centre through the park.

Around the villa is at the moment like on building site. Ongoing work with jacuzzi and parking place. We were told that is going to be finish, by the next two months. For us, it wasn't a big deal. I am sure it will look fantastic after everything is done. What I didn't like is choice of breakfast. You can choose only one meal and one drink per person for free. So If you like heavy breakfast, you have to pay extra. However meals are delicious and servis is brilliant too.

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Zakopane. The location is unbeatable, being close to both the bus/train station and the town center, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day right. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Zakopane!

Beautiful mountain views! I really enjoyed the outdoor spa and indoor sauna, robes, bed was so comfy, everything in the villa was brand new. Kitchenette was shared but has everything you need. Small convenience store next door stocks beer which was handy. You can walk to the main part of Zakopane easily. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Would absolutely love to stay again next time I’m in Poland!
