Was quiet (other than the alarm clock!!!) and we appreciated the privacy. Liked the vast amount of snack options available in the lobby though rather pricey. Not into the modern style, but it made it easy to be sure we weren't leaving anything behind when we were leaving.

I was rather annoyed that a clock on the nightstand had an alarm set for 6 am when we went to sleep late (2-3 am)! Who doesn't have a cell phone with an alarm if they need one???!! I apparently hit SNOOZE instead of OFF, so it went off AGAIN before he actually turned it off for me! No hotel (or other) info displayed in the room. Missed breakfast, couldn't remember time it ended.

The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. I liked that there was NOT carpeting in the rooms and the a/c was quiet. We never have made coffee in the room and didn't miss having it there. The price booked through Booking.com was great ($105 total including tax), which was awesome.

The gal overseeing the breakfast area could be more intune with the needs of the guests. She would hang out behind the serving area and wasn't available to help / serve customers. Coffee cups were out and tables farther away from the breakfast area were not washed. Coffee wasn't terrible, but not great either. Would recommend a different roast or perhaps brewing for stronger taste. Customers can water down coffee, but not make it stronger. It would be nice to have healthier options for breakfast. (less processed foods / sugar, and more plant based whole food options or Vegan options)

Breakfast was good, but could be on longer in the morning, we got there right at nine am, and your web site says open until 10. As we were starting to get our breakfast they srarted taking things away.

We have been double charged for the room. We paid cash for the room, and then they ran a charge on the credit card. Still waiting for a reimbursement, and having to call & try to get someone to clear this up has been time consuming as well as a hardship on our finances.

The simulated wood floors, the shower and its great that the rooms now have much more table space to sit things on since we last stayed at a TRU location.

The breakfast definitely did not meet the expectations of a Hilton property. Only sausage for breakfast and it did not look appetizing at all. The breakfast could have been much better with some ham or bacon. The rotating toaster was great!

The staff was amazing to deal with, very friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was like any other Hilton property, amazing. The location is pretty convenient if you need to get to the tollway or the grocery.

Room was smaller than your average hotel room for a king, as a solo traveler it felt a little cramped, if you’re traveling as a couple it might be too tight for you two to be comfortable. Breakfast was very minimal as far as options go.

Location was convenient to Interstate and close to many restaurants. The decor and layout of the hotel was very interesting. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel unfortunately charges a $50 per day pet fee. This is a big rip off and only adds to the hotels profit. Other than that it was a delightful stay.

I loved the very clean environment, the fancy touch free water dispenser, and the touch free ice machine made me feel very comfortable and confident in using them. The always available coffee, tea, and hot cocoa was really nice, the coffee and cocoa were both very tasty. I also loved the wall mounted soap, lotion, and other dispensers in the room.

The pillows were super mushy and not very great to sleep on, and it would have been nice if I could have used my own streaming stick with the in-room TV.

Didn't like not having a "traditional" area to hang my clothes. I know I'm old school, but that was an inconvenience. Especially since there were two of us. Also, the bedding was off. Both beds had a very thin bedspread and a mattress cover to cover up with. No comforter or blanket. Otherwise, it is a very nice property. I would stay there again. I think some of the staff just need to be trained on how to properly make a bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had area restaurant suggestions, things to do and other information posted on the wall opposite the elevators. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Drawers for clothes was non existant. And the closet was a pipe that hung over the cabinet that housed the refrigerator. Couldn't hang anything like a dress, the bottom would lay on the counter.

I like how easily assessable it was from the interstate. Tru hotels provide basic needs for travelers but I feel with a luxury comfort level. The breakfast are good. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Your front desk person is always pleasant & seems to be multitasking helping others.
