Great management and housekeeping staff. Was there for the Notre Dame graduation and hotel had been overbooked. Room we initially pre paid and booked was actually upgraded along with giving us a $100 discount for the 5 nights we stayed there

Breakfast menu was very disappointing ! Several of the days we were there, they’d run out of many food items. Two of our 5 night stay there was no coffee creamer or complimentary bottled water in the lobby refrigerator

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. My kids loved the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate. We were very bummed to get there and learn that the pool was not warm enough to swim. They rectified the situation by allowing us to go across the parking lot to the other hotel to swim so that made us happy!

Breakfast is better than 5 other hotels we stayed in this trip in Rural USA. They have better variety and good quality in comparison. Rooms are clean and large, bathrooms were upto date as well.

I used two locations of your brand, the one i used in Rapid City was way more cleaner and tidy. If yours is 4.5 stars that was 5. still very good.

The suites have everything you need for a comfortable stay from a stocked kitchen including a microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, clean plates/bowls/cups/silverware, a deep kitchen sink, and dish soap to a comfy lounging area that included a desk, large flat screen TV, small couch and cushioned foot stool. The bathroom was also very clean with a large shower! Lastly, the hotel is easy to find off of the Interstate but far enough for a safe/quiet feel & close enough to many quick places to eat if just stopping overnight.. including Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, McDonalds, Texas Roadhouse, and my favorite - Culver’s.

Sometimes when booking through sites other than the hotel’s site, I’ll receive a set rate for the room and it’ll remain the same until I get to the hotel and pay, then it’ll be more than I was initially shown.

We ate breakfast elsewhere because my husband was not impressed with the choices. I thought the coffee was really good.

It took three people, three different visits to figure out how to turn off our fan. My husband slept well but I thought the bed was really hard. I ended up with a couple of hours on the bed in a couple hours on the couch🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff were all very attentive and accommodating. As, it was still a time of COVID, housekeeping came by if requested. We opted out and came by the front desk when we needed something. All staff were helpful and super friendly. One negative, the dryer was broken, and we needed to go across to the Marriott hotel. A little inconvenience, but nice we had another option. The breakfast was fantastic. Thank you for a great stay!

I loved the size of the room and the full sized appliances, silverware, plates and cups.

The exterior lounge area could have been better. There should be an option for a number coffee. The coffee was too strong for me.

breakfast was decent. the coffee and tea were good and the waffle maker and waffles were delicious with dip cream and I never eat waffles. the cereal and milk were good.

did not like the pool not being open

Everything about our families stay was a good experience and we will be staying here again.

I feel like the price was a little high but also don't have any complaints.
