The experience with this hotel was beyond amazing! I love the hardwood floors in the rooms. The valet was exceptionally kind and efficient. The view on the 12th floor is unexplainable. I was in such ahhhh of the view. Just an all around beautiful hotel. And it’s in the perfect spot!

The bathrooms need an upgrade for sure. I sprayed my Clorox spay on the toilet seat and the paint started to bubble. I don’t recall seeing painted toilet seats in years. The shower head was also old but still got the job done and the flooring inside the shower was creaky.

The room was large and very clean. We had a chair and ottoman, as well as a desk and chair. The internet was strong, tv had lots of stations, beds were comfortable. There was a step-in shower which was really nice. The hotel itself was very quiet. There was also a doorman who was extremely helpful with unloading car, getting ice before we went to our room, and collecting the luggage cart on our floor. Many choices at hot breakfast buffet and the bar in the restaurant had a wonderful bartender.

It would be nice to have a better driveway to park for check-in or at least someone to instruct drivers to move up when entering the driveway.

The location was great. We could have walked to The Gangster Museum of America and the Fordyce Bathhouse, but we chose to drive. The breakfast buffet was well organized. The hotel can accommodate a lot of people, but there was plenty of food and seating. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was under a little bit of construction, but that did not bother us. We never heard loud noises. I'm not going to put what I don't like, because this hotel was great for the price and location, but parking was a tiny bit inconvenient. It was a block away, but it was free, and it ended up not being a big deal. We've stayed in hotels in Europe that had worse parking situations. Overall, I would stay here again.

Perfect location

I don’t have any issues beside our tv didn’t work the first night which could have been due to the storms but I called the front desk and told them it would work the next day and the lady told me it would be 45 minutes before maintenance would be there to fix it, an hour went by and we went out for a bit and on the way out I stopped by the desk to see if they would please fix the tv before we got back and the lady was very sweet and said she would get right on it. The tv was fixed when we returned! Thanks to the lady at the front counter!

It was walking distance to several different places to eat. ( make sure to call ahead to make reservations). Park in parking garage 3 days . Shuttle to and back from Oaklawn .it was a Great weekend . Live band . Great meeting and making new friends. Wonderful Steak ( didn't make reservations to eat out on the strip) so we went back to hotel and the waitress talked us into dinning there it was amazing!! I've stayed at several different places in Hot Spring , and this hotel will be the top pick everytime we come back 10/10 . Thank you for such a great time and Wonderful service.

The location was great! We walked everyday either to the promenade to hike or down to bathhouse row to the restaurant’s & boutique shops. The bellman were extra friendly & even offered to come pick us up if we didn’t feel like walking back. We took advantage of this once & were picked up in less than five minutes. The food at the restaurant inside the hotel was yummy too! I tried the Philly Cheesesteak and it was the best I’ve ever had!!

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to downtown. Lots of EV chargers in the garage (I think around 10, 6 Tesla and 4 J1772). The property is well maintained. We had a view of the downtown/the mountains and it was great too.

There was a roach in the bathroom but it was just one, and that can happen anywhere. Cleanliness was otherwise very good though. Parking is at a garage nearby, so you will want to check in, drop off bags, and then move your car. This also isn't a problem, just something to plan for when you visit.

For a 3 day stay, we only had housekeeping service for 1 day but it only included bathroom cleaning and towel replacement. We needed to ask for towels on our second day. given we stayed 3 days, the breakfast would have been more pleasing if the meat and egg options varied day-to-day for example, toast / bagels and another meat such as bacon.

View, location, facilities and the bar were good.

Except for we didn't feel very welcome at first when we met the front desk, she had a poca face, even when we came to check in, had verbal communication with her, she still kept the attitude as if we were not welcomed. She showed extra enthusiasm about 5' after that. Not sure if it's because the manager came or because she was too focused back then so she forgot the hospitality, but a more welcoming sense would have been better, the 3 of us who came for checking in felt the same way. Also, just out of curiosity, not sure where you mentioned your breakfast time? We were a bit confused since we weren't informed about it in any way.

The hotel is nice and large and offers good views. The rooms were spacious-for hotel rooms. The beds were nice and comfortable. The Wi-Fi and free parking were nice. The staff was courteous and very helpful with all of our questions and concerns.

The hotel is a bit older and the facilities show some of that age. It's not a terrible thing, but you can still see it- the finish on the bathroom sink was worn, for instance. The breakfast was pretty good for free but not amazing. They did have oatmeal, instant egg like stuff, biscuits and gravy and some sausage that I liked but that my kids thought was too spicy. There was also a couple of cold cereal options, and muffins and apples. Not bad but my kids wanted a waffle maker (so spoiled).
