The staff were very welcoming and met every single one of our needs if they came up! The location is right in the middle of several restaurants and Walmart is right across the street for last-minute snacks! We had 4 kiddos with us and two slept on the sofa bed. When making the sofa bed up, it had an oversized sheet on it, so I went downstairs for a blanket and mentioned that all we had was a sheet on the bed and the front desk lady handed me a sheet set, a mattress topper for extra comfort and a very warm, comfortable blanket.

The only thing is that the sofa bed was closest to the air unit, I feel the beds should be closer instead of the sofa bed being that my kids on the sofa bed got cold but the kids on the bed and me and my husband felt warmer than we usually like to sleep.

Breakfast was top notch for a Holiday Inn. Check-in was pleasant with a very friendly personality. Room was comfortable, bed nice, AC worked well. TV remote was funky, but we made it work, good DIrecTV lineup on TV.

Lots of kids running around for a bbal tournament, but that can't be helped. Small breakfast area when busy, it's hard to find a seat. Pricy for a small town like this, imo.

I loved how friendly everyone was and the pool area. The breakfast was very good!

The room was not as clean as I expected. There was food left in the room fridge, and the sheets/ comforters had spots on them. Around the air conditioner the carpet was really wet. My room was also reassigned to someone else during my stay there.

It was clean but need some renovation. Not very quiet. We could hear a lot of room niose noise from the rooms around us.

Carpet had a lot of stains and their was a lounger in the room that was against a bed that couldn’t even be used

The room was as described and spacious.

The pool had too much chlorine. Just sitting in the pool area had our eyes burning. Pool looked much bigger on the website.

Breakfast choices were above average! Location: further out of Bathhouse Row than I would have liked. Staff friendly (front desk, housekeeping, dining room attendant) and helpful.

The carpet had several stains and looked like it had not been vacuumed! Bathroom floor had some dried spots and a few hairs. Wish the pool was longer to swim laps.

I arrived early and was able to get a room without waiting. The staff was really friendly and told us of things to do and see while there. The breakfast was really good there was plenty to choose from and it was warm and fresh. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I appreciate that you have good smelling body wash, shampoo and lotion not the cheap stinking kind most have.

The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a great variety of items, not just a continental breakfast but a full hot breakfast! We loved our stay and will be back next time we are in town!

The pool was smaller than the pics looked, but overall a great place to stay!

I was blown away by how nice and extremely clean this facility was. Not sure when it was built but it has been maintained very well and seemed new. Front desk staff was very polite and cordial and I made sure to tell him later in the evening that this was the nicest Holiday Inn Express I had ever been to .

Not a thing could have been better. Breakfast selection was fine, the facility was easy to find and convenient to everything and I can’t say enough how clean and well maintained this place was!

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable.

The only problem we had and it wasn’t really a “problem” but the bathroom sink in the room we had didn’t drain well and backed up but that is an easy fix. No other complaints.
