I had a very long layover in Male after getting off a dive boat in the morning and decided to book this hotel to have a place to stay and investigate the town while waiting for my evening flight. It fulfilled this need very well, the pickup and transfer back to the airport was quick and efficient, and everyone was incredibly nice and kind. A whole lot cheaper than staying on the airport island and you get a chance to see how real Maldivians live, which I highly recommend doing.

The quality of Umet Seaview design was super. Every detail was beautiful and harmonious. It is a very relaxed, The main is staff very friendly And kind . Food was diverse and very good quality And the room very clean . The location was excellent , totally reccomend this place ❤️

Room was available at the last minute that we needed a room. staff was very friendly and upgraded our room at no cost upon request. convenient location and could view the local life from balcony in room. rooftop restaurant and free delicious breakfast

room had an unusual smell upon arrival and there was no security lock box in the room

I recently had Pleasure of staying at the Umet seaview hotel during my vacation. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating from the moment arrived. They were friendly approachable and always ready to assist with any inquiries and requests I had. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to me stay and made me feel at home. The room I stayed had all the essentials I needed including comfortable bed, a cleaning bathroom. And the decor was modest. Overall the hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff and great location. If your are looking for budget friendly option that still offers comfortable and convenience, I would recommend Umet seaview for your next trip.

Close to airport, lovely for a necessary one night stay in Male.

The pick up service is perfect. Staff are always smiling, they are really helpful. Roof top bar has really good view. For breakfast you can choose European or Maldivian type. We also had dinner there, its delicious and not pricy at all. Internet is good, air conditionin was working perfectly.

Our room was very small although it was deluxe. Window looked directly to another buliding, to some restaurant where you can literary see what is in the plates. And it was very loud.

Hotel UMET Seaview met all my expectations, the manager Andrew organized everything perfectly, from the organization of reception at the airport, accommodation in the facility and transportation tomorrow to the ferry to my island. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly, the food is excellent. They are even so kind that they told us on the way back from the island that we can come to their place for free to store our bags and wait in the lobby, since we have 4-5 hours until our flight home. All recommendations !!!

Friendly staff that were more than willing to help with the pick-up and drop-off, great communication for that. Good location for places to eat nearby and quick to get to the airport. Excellent wifi and aircon. Exactly what I needed for one day before an early flight after time at resorts.

Not much of a sea view! But I wasn't there for that. The on-site restaurant didn't have great reviews and seemed expensive so I ate locally instead. A bit noisier after spending time at resorts but to be expected in a city. These were not deal breakers at all and would return.
