The location of the hotel was great, it's an about 5 min walk to the gondola. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. The room was great, it was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was self service, with sweet and salty choices, you could also order eggs that were cooked fresh. We also had dinner, which was four course, it was very delicious. The spa was also amazing, it has a vareity of different saunas, two rooms for rest and a whirlpool. There is also a skiroom, where you could leave your skis and skiboots.

The coziness of the rooms and the location

I had problems with the food. One night I found a hair in my food, on another occasion my partner was served a not properly cooked serving of meat. They don’t have many vegan options. There is not on site laundry service, you have to pay them quite a sum to get your clothes dry cleaned from a private and they don’t do undergarments, so if you are staying there for a week like us, that’s a bit of an issue.

Amazing food (local, diverse, high standard, lots of it); Amazing spa centre (best spa I've been too, different saunas, showers, quiet areas, refreshments); large gym; right next to main Rodela lift and delicious frozen yoghurt place; Friendly helpful restaurant staff; Beautiful balcony on our room.

Reception staff quite brusque, no information offered about the Visit card and its discounts, safe & fan in bathroom didn't work.

Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the staff and meals. Hotel is located very convenient, in the center of Campitello and just 30 minutes away by foot from Canazei. Great starting point for hikes and trips in the Dolomites. Service was top notch, staff was very helpful and ready to answer your questions. Can’t recommend it enough!

The hotels location was superb with a fantastic view from our window. We had booked for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from and dinner was superb with plenty to eat. Also the spa and wellness was perfect to relax and soak our tired muscles from the days hiking. We would love to come back some day. Now all we need to do is save money for another trip.

the hotel is located close to the ski lift. it is comfortable and the staff is really friendly! the rooms are spacious and nice. the beds are comfy. the sauna that the hotel has is actually quite good! there are towels, and healthy drinks to have. really nice

the sauna is a very good point of the hotel, but it also is a bit eerie, because if all the blue lights. also, i think that the staff should mind a bit the way people use the sauna. i have seen people going straight form the sauna into the cold bath… in my opinion staff should instruct these people a bit better, to take a shower first.

The hotel was some of the best value accommodation we've ever experienced. The room was extremely comfortable - 2 stories so the kids and parents had their own spaces and never felt too on top of each other. Super firm beds and pillows which were great for sore bodies post skiing. Epic breakfasts with huge amounts of baking plus fresh juices and little touches like flax and chia seeds for muesli. 5 course dinners included in the half board price - food was homely Italian and nicely varied considering we stayed there for 9 nights. Lots of options to choose from each night. A well stocked bar and friendly staff. A*

Would have been great if there had been a games room or comfortable lounge area. There was a big room on the ground floor with tables and chairs but was somewhat inhospitable. Apart from that, everything was fantastic.

The location is very good, a few steps from Col Rodella Cable Station. The hotel is big, clean, the rooms very comfortable, the cleaning was perfect every day. The staff is very nice and helpful, with all information we needed.

The only thing that could be better is the breakfast - they have a lot of delicious pastry, but not any vegetables - at all. We stayed for a week and we could have used some.

I should be fine to take care of better maintenance of rooms. Cleaning was very good. For example in bathroom was still marking where to install shower set, or doors was little broken no chance to close it.

carpet in the stairs. it is a fire hazard as carpet can release toxic fumes in a fire. Also I hit my head several times agains a beam of the ceiling when raising from the bed. There should be a way to minimize the inconveniency
