We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we were allowed to check in early and had time to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Our view of the river was just beautiful. The location was perfect for touring the downtown area, had it not been so extremely hot we (older adults) could have walked to the beautiful mural wall and the shopping area. Instead we drove and enjoyed a fantastic steak dinner at Doe's Eat Place.

The cost was a bit over our budget, and did not include breakfast. We knew this going in so we were not surprised.

Initially, the location seemed a bit...stark, surrounded by lots of cement. but once we entered the lobby, we were pleasantly (greatly?) surprised. The lobby was beautiful, and the staff was lovely. Once in our room, we were even more impressed, especially with the view of the Ohio river...glorious!

As stated previously, the location, initial is rather stark, and seems disconnected with the cool/funky downtown. More balconies would be a nice addition, especially with the higher floors. Lastly, a continental breakfast would be appreciated.

It's always a great stay. The people, restaurant, bar, and the friends were awesome. It's close to downtown.

One of the elevators malfunctioned and trapped two of our friends. The hotel handled it quickly and the first responders got them out in about 20 minutes.

The hotel was a great place and will definitely recommend. The staff greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was ok.

Not enough parking for the number of rooms we had to park on the street the second night along with about 8 other people. We got a lite meal to eat at the hotel restaurant Theory Burger and the staff it's self was great and they we by no means busy. Had to wait 35 minutes for and order of 6 wings and loaded fries. The manager kept apologizing but never offered to discount our bill.

The restaurant wasn't good we spent 60$ on a burger that was dry chicken wings that we couldn't eat because they were raw in the middle shrimp that was over cooked and my son had a grilled cheese that was not even cooked right and also was told we could not turn the channel on the tv at the table because it could only be on news or sports even though other tvs were on other channels so our son couldn't watch cartoons

one of us has limited mobility. We asked for a room close to the elevator and our room was just two doors down from the elevator. This made it very easy for us to enter and exit the hotel. this is very much appreciated. We liked the bar and restaurant in the hotel for pretty much the same reason. The room was clean and very comfortable. We definitely would stay with this chain again.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly The restaurant was not busy, but we waited longer than expected for service and our food took longer than we expected. We did charge the food to our room, so we did not need to wait until we saw the staff to pay our bill. We were very thankful that we allowed enough time before our event to enjoy our food. Food was very good.

Awesome experience for our whole group. Love this place.

Elevator got stuck Friday evening with my son and his girlfriend in it. Hotel handled it very well and emergency crews were great.

Location, good bed, well designed rooms

Breakfast was not free. Had to ask twice for coffee pods for second morning. Woman at front desk didn’t know if we would have housekeeping (we didn’t ) for a 2 night stay.

Location was excellent Staff friendly Clean and comfortable Excellent Lighting - not found in most hotels.

Liked everything. Minor things - bathroom door squeaked and a/c was noisy.

Staff were awesome at both tye front desk and the restaurant. We really liked the closeness to the river walkway. The room was refreshed as expected and the person providing that service was quite nice and polite.

I wish the restaurant woukd have been open Sunday evening, but we had snacks so all was OK.
