Very well-equiped, spacious, apartment with everything you might need for a short stay. Very convenient location for car-based visitors to Seville, being close to the motorway network. Ample free parking in front of the apartment block. Handy bus stop only 5 min walk away with regular service into central Sevilla (Plaza de Armas). Several supermarkets within 5 mins by car (15-20min walk).

The was comfy bed, spacious living room and well-equipped kitechen. The location was really close to the bus stops and quite near to metro station. But in the night I had to take a taxi from city center. If you have a car, there are plently of parking spots next to the building which were free. There was a shopping mall 10 minutes by foot from the apartament. 15 minutes to Lidl and a little futher - Mercadona. Great location, perefect place to chill after long sightseeing during the day in city center. :)

There was a little dusty under the beds.

Spacious apartment with actual separate rooms for the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Clean. Kitchen has all what you’d need to stay for a few days, even a washing machine but we didn’t use it. Location was good but only if you have a car or don’t mind taking the bus. To get into the centre we drove to the nearest train station and parked for free there, then took the train into the city. This was recommended by the staff.

Actually nothing specifically, maybe for the cafeteria to be open as it wasn’t our whole stay there but then we also didn’t ask about it specifically. And a swimming pool would have made this so good.

The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. They are also located in a small industrial neighborhood so it is very quiet at night. There are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartments.

The distance to the nearest metro station is about 20 minutes on foot. It was not a problem for us, because we were with a car and we transferred from the Blas infante metro station, where parking is free, and then we went to the center with the Metro.

Check-in instructions were provided via email and were clear, easy to understand.

We went as far as collecting the room keys from a lock box, however when we entered the room "shock horror"! The bed was not made, looking like someone had just woken up. In the bathroom, all towels were on the floor. In the Kitchen the rubbish bin was full. Terrible experience. It felt like we had entered someone else's room. We reported issue to staff who promptly gave us another room, but in a terrible position in the back of the property facing a wall next to the highway. Not pleasant considering the original room was in front of the building with area views.

The apartment was great value for money. Modern, well equipped and very comfortable overall. Parking easy and free. Plenty of shops close by. Communication via Booking goes smoothly.

The staff wasn't super friendly. The sofa bed was not made the night we arrived, although they were informed we would be 3 people. The fixed grab bar in the toilet was mounted on the wrong side, making it so that the door will hit it every time your open or close it. The advice you get to park your car at the metro station and catch that to reach the city center might not always be the soundest. The parking is too small and the cars will be crammed all over the place out of the standard parking spots, making it nearly impossible to navigate the lot or find a spot. Especially if you are with multiple people, you should consider driving all the way to an underground parking lot in the city itself. The price difference won't be that big but the experience will be much better.

I loved the excellent service provided by Iberflat staff - whenever we needed anything for our stay (extra coffee, laundry pods, towels, luggage storage), they provided it immediately. The apartment is modern and spacious enough for 6 adults. There's a big inner courtyard and a couple of cafes in the building. Free parking next to the building, always easy to find a spot.

Lacked some kitchen amenities like oil, spices, bottle opener, paper towels, etc. Overall, the apartment was clean, but there were some stains on the sofa and chairs. The neighbourhood is quiet, but requires a bit of walking (10-15min) to supermarkets and other stores.

The appartment is in a apprtment-hotel. It was very nice and spacious. Thee were two bedrooms and one living room (incl. separate kitchen) and one bathroom. The appartment had all that was needed - all appliances were new. There was all that we needed. There is a large, free parking in front of the hotel - very convenient. There is a lot of groceries & Corte de Engles shopping center in 2-5 min drive from the appartment.

It is outside the city. If you are with a car - it is extremely convenient as it is 10 min drive from the downtown parking lots.

Everyone was friendly, the apartment was clean, had everything you need, and was in a quiet area.

Connections with the city center. There is a bus stop nearby, but the lines are not very frequent either in the early morning or during the weekend. The main bus station is actually 10 minutes away by bus, but if you want to walk, you need to cross the highway (going around and under it takes a lot of time).

One bedroom apartment with living room communicating with kitchen via a opening in the wall between. Kitchen fitted with everything needed for long run living. Same is valid for bathroom which has an outside window. Rooms are with big windows making the apartment very luminous and hospitable. The complex is very modern with a large inner courtyard where you can spend time outside w/out leaving the lication. At walking distance it is a shopping area (kind of a mall) with all needed stuff. Parking is generous around the complex and free. To reach the center of Sevilla there are buses and metro with stop very close to the complex. Please note the buses end circulating at 9 PM.

Even if the distance from the city center of Sevilla is about one hour walking, due the dense network of highways in the area walking it is not a solution neither for walking enthusiasts. Specially in the evening.
