From the street, the hotel looks very modest but this well-hidden gem is very clean, has an excellent breakfast, friendly bar staff and the room was very quiet due to the hotel being set back from the main road, yet situated in the Triana neighbourhood which boasts great value bars and restaurants as well as the famous Triana Flamenco Theatre. All of the main Seville tourist attractions are within easy walking distance despite being located on the other side of the Guadalquivir River.

There were nice views of the city from the rooftop bar but was disappointed that the sangria wasn't prepared freshly on site. The beds were comfortable but could have been a little softer for the price!

Plenty of options at breakfast, Very helpful staff, Comfy beds, Great shower, Clean rooms.

Pool shut despite weather (25°+) Charged additional due to Copa Del Rey final, despite not travelling for the occasion. Noisy in the evening (chairs being clattered in the courtyard)

First and foremost the staff are all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and all happy to put up with our poor attempts at speaking some Spanish. Jose and Carmen went out of their way to be helpful at the poolside. I would go as far as to say that the Seville Zenit staff are the best we’ve met at any hotel over the years. The hotel is immaculate and placed in Triana where there are plenty of great places to eat and experience local tradition. The entrance to the hotel is off the main streets where there is a lovely courtyard and shady seated area with great restaurant which offers a calmness from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Although set in the old town the hotel is a short walk across the Isabel II Bridge to the main part of the City.

Nothing worth noting

Hotel is modern, clean and calm. We loved the rooftop pool area, great space to be able to enjoy the sunshine. We had a two bedroom apartment which was adjacent to the hotel. Very spacious and ideal for the three of us. It is well equipped too. We had breakfast in hotel too, did the job for us. Maybe make it known to customer that you can order eggs and ensure food areas are always stocked otherwise perfect. The pool and pool bar are operated by a third party. It’s a great space, however, not a big area and if full you have to wait for a bed - which didn’t bother us as we would sit in the sun til available. Majority of pool staff were fantastic, Christian and Carmen in particular.

Housekeeping arrangement for apartment stays, one was included for our 5 days stay but the timing of it didn’t make sense. After discussion, it was resolved with the hotel. One or two bar staff need to improve their customer service and smile a bit more too.

really good hotel overall, very clean and good location (but be prepared for a 20/25 min walk to the city center). Our room was nice, and it was all very quiet at night. Rooftop also really good for a drink at sunset despite the pool being closed for winter. The gym has less than the bare minimum, but good enough for a quick cardio session (impossible to do weights and stuff like that as they only have dumbbells)

hotel parking (~20/day) more expensive than renting a car from the airport (~10/day) and street-parking impossible given how little spaces there are compared to the number of cars in the neighborhood. daily fare (end of November) also on the expensive side given breakfast was excluded and they didn’t even leave free bottles of water or coffee pods in the room. For a 4 star hotel, I would expect more on these details PS: most of the reception staff we interfaced barely spoke any English (we’re Italians and we do speak some Spanish) which I don’t think it’s acceptable for a 4 star Hotel. The engineer that came up to our room to fix the safe also spoke zero English and we ended up giving up on using the safe as we couldn’t communicate.

Had a lovely stay in one of the Suites with Terrace from 18th-22nd June. Loved the cleanliness and aroma around the hotel. Jose was particularly welcoming and had the pool and rooftop area running like clockwork. He gave us loads of information and tips of the best places to visit in Triana and Seville. The Suite was very comfortable with a huge bed and comfy sofa and chair. Air conditioning was much needed and we loved playing our music through the Bluetooth sound system. The biggest star certainly goes to the cleaning staff for keeping this hotel immaculately clean. Note. Citysightseeing bus stop 6 is right opposite the entrance to the hotel so very easy to get around the city from The Zenit.

We requested an early check in as we were arriving around 11am which unfortunately the Hotel couldn’t accommodate. We were allowed to leave our luggage and given a map of Seville. Apart from that there wasn’t much of a welcome unfortunately. Would have liked to be shown around the hotel perhaps, maybe told where to get a drink / bathroom facilities etc.

Location excellent - I used to live close by years ago and the hotel didn't exist then. It's so easy to cross the Triana Bridge and arrive right in the centre of Seville. The room was a great size - large bed - but mattress way too firm. Loved the tea/coffee tray. Toiletries good. Roof top pool area - staff very efficient.

Mattress was too firm. Nowhere to have a shower once you have left your room - we had a really late flight back to London and there was only a regular bathroom - no showers or anything. Very difficult to get a sunbed on the roof terrace - some people took up a whole seating area so often had to sit on bar stool around the sides.

The property itself is so well decorated from the communal areas all the way to the bedrooms. The rooftop pool and bar area is really nice and the drinks are a reasonable price. The location is really good, there’s supermarkets and cafes within a few minutes walk and the main centre and Plaza de Espana are also within walking distance. The food at the Saona restaurant downstairs was delicious and well priced.

The pool doesn’t open until 12:30 every day which seems a little strange / late. If you’re not there by 1pm you then struggle to get a sunbed for the afternoon. There were food menus on the tables at the terrace bar but they only actually let us order from this on 1 day of our stay. The staff at the rooftop weren’t the most friendly - they rolled their eyes a couple of times when they thought they were about to get a rest and realised someone else was coming to order a drink. I also requested a room with a view beforehand as we were staying for my birthday and this message was acknowledged by the hotel but then we were given a view of a brick wall.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was made up each day and fresh sheets were put on the day before we left. The reception staff were very friendly welcoming and informative. The restaurant which is part of the hotel offered a very good choice of menu both for breakfast and the evening meal. We would particularly like to say a big thank you to Abigail and Jesus who workedIn the restaurant and were very attentive and patient.

I can honestly say that there is nothing that comes to mind that I could say negatively about the whole experience of staying at the Zenit.

Food wasn't great. We ate at their restaurant one night. The 3 course venue was very reasonable but food disappointing. On the night it wasn't particularly busy but the service was awful. Had to ask to get a drink a few times and one waiter in particular seemed to almost ignore us. A young male waiter was helpful and he apologised. The female waitresses were all friendly.
