The friendliness of the staff was amazing. I can’t say I’ve been to a property where the staff made me feel so welcome. It goes a long way to make the stay comfortable when the staff makes u feel at home. Mike and Joel are amazing at the front desk and there was another amazing lady who was cleaning the rooms whom I met in the lobby at breakfast.

I’d say just give a little update on the fridge in the room and the windows as somehow water was on the window sill but it hadn’t rained that much. Also the breakfast had very limited options that were not appealing.

The people, especially Mike, from the day we arrived, he was exceptional, always there to help; I'd be remiss if i didn't mention Sarah, she was very helpful, and did everything for us with a smile, actually, she had a smile on her face with other customers. Cannot say enough about these two, you are lucky to have them in your employ!

Bed could use a new mattress and kitchenware needs updating, especially the microwave.

Near job relaxation and near stores I love that’s that there is a whole kitchen

Honestly, I can’t complain every time I come here it’s really nice I’m always respected by staff it’s very clean. The only thing that I wish was that there was a pool or just something to make it its own like a little cafe /breakfast room or ect. But those are just little bonuses or additional. Nothing I can really complain about personally

Breakfast is a small station at the reception area, with only some muffins and more sugar/ processed snack- eventhough breakfast is an item on the booking - 'breakfast included '

Staff’s hospitality is extremely exceptional. Welcoming paired with positive energy is all a guest could ask for. I’m extremely grateful for the up beat energy staff provided me with. For one night the property served its purpose. The only complaint was the horrible breakfast. This was like a coffee stand.

Apart from the coffee stand every thing was fine. The facility may need renovations in the near future

The location was good for me, and my stay couldn't have been better. Modest and comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff.

The bathtub drained some even when plugged but no other issues.

The customer service is amazing. The staff are amazing everyone.... very comfortable very clean. Quiet. Reason why I go back to this hotel.. I will be back all..
