The staff was so, SO wonderful and accommodating. They were nice enough to allow us an early check-in, which I am so grateful for! Then we were running behind, and the morning staff was so understanding! I believe Jay was his name. He was so kind!

Some of the parts of the rooms looked very old and in need of major updating, like the wall where the shower comes out, and some wall outlets, not to mention our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Staff was super helpful and friendly

Bunch of teen girls running up and down the halls early in the morning being loud waking me up. No regard for other people trying to sleep. Honestly I wish the hotel would let guests know there was an event and there was going to be a bunch of kids running around to allow people to make a choice of wanting to continue booking at that hotel or not.

The breakfast was good and clean. Nice staff to assist and always smiling and pleasant. Clean and the staff helped with any questions I had. My tv wasn't set right and the woman that was cleaning rooms came in and helped me.

The only negative thing was being close to the highway can hear the trucks early and that wasn't a big deal. There was some door slamming early in the morning but I would like to think it was accidental. The nightly rate was a little more then I was hoping to pay maybe some discounts for repeat customers

The scrambled eggs were a bit watery. The second day was eggs benedict which I do not like. Not interested in the other breakfast offerings. The location was close to a lot of attractions.

The pool is very small and no Jacuzzi hot tub. We should have brought our own pillows as the hotel pillows offered no support.

Breakfast was very good, but could have been better stocked with more bananas. Location was very convenient for our purposes. A little noisy due to location next to interstate, but generally not bothersome. Good internet connection.

Would have preferred daily room housekeeping instead of every other day.

Breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from and all great quality!! Also the location of breakfast was very comfortable and convenient. The room looked exactly like the online photos and everything was perfectly stocked, clean even to my high standards, and extremely comfortable. Front desk staff who received us and checked us out was always friendly.

I requested housekeeping online far in advance and received a reply saying it wouldn’t be a problem. But, when we arrived and I called again to receive housekeeping for that night, they said it couldn’t be done because they needed 24 hours notice and the staff I spoke to in the phone (sounded like a young woman) was not very helpful at all. Also, for three people the room size was perfect, but for 5 people getting ready for a wedding it would have been tight.

It was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Very easy to get on and off the thorough way. Close to a Walmart - if you forget anything. And close to restaurants .

I was very happy with the stay.

The staff were very friendly. I was travelling with my two young children alone. I was interested in taking them to the pool but concerned about the depth of the pool. The staff member walked into the pool area while I was waiting for my key to confirm that there is an area of the pool that is only 3 feet deep. I truely appreciate his help!

Breakfast was okay but staff there monitoring the breakfast was not friendly. The location was good.

One of your staff was not friendly towards my family when we went to breakfast but friendly to the other guests I saw. I hate to say this but maybe it was my skin color which shouldn’t matter but it did.

The staff was extremely accommodating after a mistake on the 3rd party booking's end. They were able to secure us a room.

Was a but expensive for location. It wasn't like it was near any major attractions. This was an overnight in between softball tournaments
