Everything. This is a small immaculate property.Each apartment overlooks pool and has a balcony.The apartments are surrounded by beautiful stone work and vines with grapes.The little tree you see in picture to right is a lemon tree were we picked our lemons for our G & T. PLenty of space and sunbeds.A gentle little place for relaxing with all the restaurants etc very close by. Quiet and serene. Little Greek church at back is so cute and like a postcard.Hope this helps .

A very quiet place with a lovely host in Connie, it isn't often you get Wifi, a safe, and aircon all included in the price you pay. The swimming pool and area were spotless the sun loungers had parasols that worked as they should, the sunbeds were cushioned. Cleaning lady was lovely, linen was pristine, a big supermarket at the bottom of the road, the beach a stroll at about 6 or 7 minutes away along with scores of cafes, restaurants and bars that makes Kardemena what it is, we don't normally return to the same place time but definitely maybe would here, ps Connie rang us a taxi to the airport last minute, the place the people are Gems.

Nothing we didn't want to leave, a great experience in a relaxed atmosphere

Firstly the friendly atmosphere, next the location five minutes or less to everything, the pool plenty of sun loungers, the resort lots of things to do or just find a cosy bar or restaurant and relax.. boat trips(Zeus cruise's the best) very reasonably priced

Not much not to like it's not even worth mentioning them I think the Paraschos studios are great value for money

We were very impressed with how helpful Connie & her staff were. The size, layout & facilities in the apartment were outstanding. The swimming pool was clean & well maintained and the sun beds were very comfortable. The location of the apartment was also ideal for all the local amenities 👍

Location great, lovely small town, definitely work a visit when on Kos if wanting a quieter experience outside of the main Kos town. Decor of the room basic, but everything you need inside. AC great, nice balcony outside and good pool. There's only around 16 apartments so it's quiet and relaxed.

Room decor needs updating, however, you're never in the room too long so doesn't matter too much.

very good size pool very clean not over-crowded no loud banging music a bonus! spacious room, good shower everything we needed. we liked the large size balcony on the top floor. good location too only 5mins walk to all the shops bars and restaurants. we would like to say a special thank you to our hosts Connie/Manolis who came to our rescue when the airport taxi driver didnt turn up, they kindly drove us to the airport, they both work so hard a very big THANK YOU! xx

Peaceful, countryside setting. Apartments are spotless and cleaned daily. The pool is for the exclusive use of the apartments, with sunbeds always available. Connie and family are very welcoming and helpful. We have already booked for a return trip in 2025.

Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect 5 minute walk to everything. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Pool was excellent and very peaceful.

No bar or food available at this property, which meant we spent most of our days at the beach which was fantastic by the way.

Very nice Apartment in Kardamena. Friendly staff (even though we were quite later than planned on arrival). Would stay again for a holiday in this very nice town, but not if arriving by plane and going on to Turkey the next day from Kos town by ferryboat, as was the case for us. But that's been my own fault...

Nothinng to complain about at all.

Pool was excellent and we had it to ourselves quite oftern, beds comfy, apartment layout adequate for Greece and air conditioning included in price. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom gets a bit swamped after showering. Upstairs balconies not very private but no way around that really. On the whole apartment was cleaned well everyday but somethings not been touched for a while (mirrors, inside kitchen cupboards etc).
