Good location - short 15min transfer & its own beach with a wonderful sea view. The sea is swimmable (late Oct) with sand & rock sea bed; the beach is sharp sand. Staff were very friendly & the cleaning staff do work hard. Food-wise, the All Inc offer had enough variety for a week but 2x restaurant meals were also included (Greek, Italian) and this was appreciated.

It is directly overflown. This didn’t bother us - there are not, actually, that many flights into Kos, maybe 10 over the day - but if it bothers you, you’d want somewhere else. The gym isn’t on this site, it’s buried within the (adults-only) Belvedere, about 5 minutes of a walk.

Staff where very nice and it was great value for money.

Internet wasn't the best. Tv in room wasn't great. Food was average but always found something to eat.

Beautiful resort, perfect for a family vacation, very clean, good choice of pools or beach

To big and impersonal for my taste as always book small family run self catering. But can totally understand why people would like it. Was there with a very large group for a wedding rooms should all be uniformed as some had bath robes and slippers whilst others didn’t also as a five star felt there should also be shampoo and conditioner provided in room

The hotel was set in beautiful grounds. The self service restaurant worked well, no queues. There were lots of places to sit around the beach and in the evenings.

The maids were very noisy in the corridors from 8am (although cleaning started at 9am). We wanted to hire snorkels but the water sports desk didn’t hire them - that would be a great addition as there are many fish and anemones to see. Be aware that the suites are separate from the main building, through a gate and along the Road. One of our group had been ‘upgraded’ there so wasn’t near to us.

Outstanding views, beach, grounds, staff and value (we never book package deals and always get it cheaper).

Cats roaming in restaurant, food ingredients a bit repetitive, and alcohol was budget quality for mixers

our only complaint was that the beds were 2 singles pushed together which easily slid apart

Location is great, sandy beach is next to the resort, there are lots of green plants in the garden, food in the buffet is very diverse, stuff is very kind, we enjoyed see, beach, food, strolls in the garden and on the beach.

Actually, we were so satisfied that I don't have anything to say about what I didn't like.

I would say, the location as quite far from a walking distance to the nearest town but can be doable by taxi (10min drive for 11 euros)

Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and kind; the entertainment team did amazing throughout the day! really pleased with the facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Would be nice to see some more cold seafood options on the buffet menu options but that’s to be picky.
