The staff was great. When we were going to miss the included breakfast because of an early tour, they woke up early to give us a breakfast to go. Also, there was a billing mix-up and they worked quickly to make sure everything was resolved. The woman at the front desk was so kind and cheerful.

The rooms looked slightly more outdated than in the pictures but everything worked well. The hotel was up a hill which was good for the lungs but could be a bit tiring.

Staff were super friendly, especially Phong, nothing was too much for him! He helped book things for us and give recommendations. This guy is a HUGE asset to the team at this hotel. Room was a great size, well decorated and clean. Location was perfect, short walk into the main area of town.

Fridge in the room didn’t work, nor did the safe. The heat function on the air conditioning unit was very temperamental which was frustrating when it was very cold out!

The accommodation was basic but spacious and had all the amenities you needed and beautiful views. We arrived VERY late at night and a staff member stayed up for us, which we were so grateful for. It was also MUCH colder than i had anticipated and the kind staff even found me a jacket to borrow for my tour from the lost property :)

We coulndt turn off the light on our balcony which remained on through the night, but we were so tired we barely noticed.

Staff very friendly. Room was large. Nice view of the town and mountains. Comfortable bed. Clean, nice bathroom. Breakfast was included with reasonable options to choose from.

Bed frame larger than mattress, kept banging shin on the edge of the bed platform. Wifi not great in the room

We really enjoyed our stay, good location, good breakfast variety, very nice rooms for an affordable price! They also offer taxis, tickets for the train and Fansipan at reception and are just very friendly and helpful in general. Definitely recommend!! Especially when travelling on a budget.

The doors lock took a bit of getting used to but that’s just being picky

The most helpful and wonderful staff we have encountered. The room is really nice and has everything you could need. Free breakfast was good but no western options. Spa downstairs was great as well though a little cold in January. Close to city centre.

We clogged our drain so the bathroom floor flooded when showering but did not reach the rest of the room. Everything else was great!

Really helpful and friendly staff, lovely room for the price - very good value for money. Enjoyed the location and the Included breakfast. Aircon worked perfectly and nice place to work from with a view out of the window. Thanks for a great stay!

- Sometimes a tiny bit of noise from the road outside but doesn’t bother me too much as i sleep with earplugs

Loved this place - staff were very helpful arranging transport and laundry. Breakfast was really good! Pho every morning. Great location - close to central train station and area with bars and restaurants.

Bathroom was quite small and odd arrangement - can't sit straight on the loo as it almost touches the shower!

The staff are very helpful, all instructions are authenticated. There is an elevator and we are on the 5th floor. The room has the main tone of Blue Yellow, and has a mixed modern classic. It is possible to rent a motorbike, and there are tours worth going. unfortunately we have urgent leave but it is worth recommending this place

Nothing, it's just that I accidentally met a cockroach. It's not difficult this season :)

Great location in Sapa Town but tucked away in a quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with all of our needs including helping us book a day hike to Lao Cai Village and taxi to our bus stop
