The Place is superb, with a great entrance, marvelous rooms. It provides shuttle for good prices. But the thing I liked the most: it’s breakfest. Guys,notice that it honored properly all the fame of the italian cousine, with extraordinary croissants, breads, italian hams and stuff like that. I guess it might have been the best I ever had, and I’ve been to a lot.

Nonetheless, there where two litlle issues that counts on the fact that i didnt give it a 10: 1- I had to wait about 30 minutes, when we reached there, to be attended. 2- And the Wi-Fi wasnt running well in the room.

Upon arrival to LIN airport, we called to ask about the shuttle, and it arrived within about 15 minutes (outside waiting area number 4). The driver managed to get all 3 of us, including a folding wheelchair, folding walker, 5 bags, and another passenger, into his smallish van, and away we went. 10 minutes later, we were at the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and they gave us adjoining rooms so we could open the door (once we went back to the front desk to ask for this) between the rooms to enable my wife to help her mom get around if necessary. We had a late-ish snack in the restaurant, service was cheerful and prompt, and called it a night. Next morning, breakfast was a treat, and a very kind employee heard me reciting the names of the coffee beverages available through the machine, and instead made us a couple from their impressive barista area instead. Grazie mille! My wife and I caught the shuttle back to the airport to fetch our rental car, and we returned for her mom and away we went. Easy-peasy. I wholeheartedly recommend Belstay Milano Linate for anybody traveling to or from the nearby airport (LIN).

My family and I, 4 persons, spent there two nights. Good experience I would say, I enjoyed the rooms and staff was helpful and kind. Shuttle is available for Linate Airport.

The only thing, not that I didn't like, but that was a bit inconvenient, was the position of the hotel in relation to other facilities around, Magnolia Park for example, or even going downtown. Its pretty remote and taxi is the only way. Walking is out, as traffic around is pretty busy.

The facilities were new and comfortable. The staff was nice and the breakfast was basic, but good. The airport shuttle worked well when you just checked the timetable beforehand. The hours available (also the free/chargable hours) were clearly stated in my opinion. Taking the metro line 4 from city centre and then the hotel bus, it didn't take too long to get to the hotel. There was a lake with swimming possibility and a nice restaurant within a walking distance, which was nice.

The wifi didn't work properly in our room, maybe because our room was at the other end of the hotel, but still annoying since this was advertised. Take into consideration that you cannot reach the hotel with bus or by walking (unless you want to walk over 30 minutes from the airport at the side of a big road), but if you just check the shuttle bus schedule beforehand/take a taxi then this will be no problem. Also all of the towels weren't changed and we had dirty towels in our room.

The staff was friendly and efficient. It was very easy to make arrangements for the free shuttle to the airport. The grounds are well-maintained. The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was nice just the right size and there was plenty of room in the shower.

There isn't much around the hotel but that isn't a big deal. I was only there for a short stay. Fortunately, they had a very nice restaurant. The food was excellent!

The hotel is nice, clean and comfy. We had a nice arrival and the staff was very welcoming. We had an upgrade on the room and got a king size bed so we were really happy about that.

If you have an early flight like us, it's probably worth it to pay a bit more and choose an hotel closer to the airport cause the only way to get there (there is not shuttle at that time) is with a taxi and the 5 minutes ride cost us 35 euros... The breakfast also doesn't start very early like in most airport hotels for the people having early flights.

Strategically located from Linate airport (a mere 10 minute ride), ideal if you have to catch an early flight. Nice surroundings (not airport like at all) with a lot of green. Nice and welcoming staff. CO Bigelow bathroom amenities were surprising!

The hotel was such a well presented hotel with a nice sized pool. Bedrooms were spacious enough for staying. Food was nice.

Location wise - I couldn't find any public transport that would get there. Having to rely on taxi / shuttle bus. The shuttle bus service is great though. Free first thing in the morning and early evening. 5 euros pp outside of the free times up til 11 unless its just you then it would be 10 euros. Dinner menu could have been expanded for mains but the food that I did order was very nice.

The accommodation was very clean and larger than expected and the location perfect for our early flight out from Linate airport. The bed was very comfortable and a nice touch was having both a soft and hard pillow so to cater for all tastes. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice on offer. The free shuttle transfer was very efficient and on time and the 'on call' pick up from the airport late evening only took approx 15 mins to arrive. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming.

The bar area shut at 11pm but even then you were able to source drinks from the self service area.

Very comfortable, modern feel in the rooms and very clean. A good overnight stay before heading back to the airport for a connecting flight.

Restaurant was very expensive, and it does take about 20mins to get there on the shuttle from the airport. You also have to pay for the shuttle most parts of the day (it's only free during certain times).
