This hotel is located about a mile outside of the major tourist destination of Bled - once you leave the lake the tourist hotels disappear and you are in a farming area with small villages. This hotel was in a quiet bucolic area with excellent views of the mountains and close enough that you could walk to the lake if you wanted to. Our room had a nice balcony and was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was expansive with eggs, pancakes, various meats, pastries, bread and fruit. Eggs and pancakes (crepes actually) were made to order. The dining room opened to a nice outdoor patio and since the weather was good we had breakfast outside every day. Plenty of parking onsite, and the hotel and rooms were immaculate.

No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Bathroom is a little small, but has everything you need. We didn't see much staff except at breakfast - I would recommend they put a bell at the front desk so that you can reach someone if you need anything during the day.

The lady that checked us in (I think her name is Tina) was excellent at everything she did. Not only was she working reception, she also worked in the bar in the evenings and also in the breakfast room ! It's a beautiful and both our rooms had balconies. The air conditioning was effective. The view of the mountains and surrounding areas from the balcony and hotel as a whole is amazing. Free carpark and we always got a space. Excellent standard of daily housekeeping.

It would have been very beneficial to have a restaurant on site, as there are no local shops or restaurants in the immediate local area. You have to drive or walk down to Lake Bled. There is no lift in this hotel, and we did struggle with our bags on checkin and checkout.

We found a hidden gem. This hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature and yet it is only a 5 min drive to busy Lake Bled. The family bedroom was huge, very comfortable and convenient. The air con worked really well. Breakfast was...AMAZING. we loved the variety and freshness of the local products. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only inconvenience which is, I realize very personal, was that I was unable to see the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from the sky lights..I was too short!

During an emergency situation of a fallen tree on electricity wiring, we had a complete electricity outage for multiple hours. That did not stop the fearless staff from preparing the plentiful and tasty breakfast flawlessly and on time. Rooms have enough space, storage, smart TV, balcony looking into a forest. Clean bed, bathroom, all rooms. Modern furniture in a traditional design. There are mosquito nets in the balcony door!

Multiple hours of electricity outage could be neutralized by an external independent power source.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff where amazing and the fresh eggs In the morning where lovely.

I’d say the location. It is about a 25-30 min walk to lake Bled. I think if someone who wasn’t able to do the walk would struggle but for me it was ok. I also didn’t like the fact I didn’t have a double blanket for my double bed. I had two singles. I think if it was one big one that would have been better.

We actually really liked this place. It was far enough away from the crazy hustle and bustle of Lake Bled, and it's situated just outside a tiny adorable village. We walked 20 minutes to Lake Bled to a small market and a place to swim. The hotel feels a bit outdated with its decor, but everything was super clean and comfortable and it had everything you need. The views are great, the staff was nice, the included breakfast was a plus. We would stay again!

The views from the balcony and breakfast area are amazing. The place is really quiet and peacfull, We liked the hotel's serene and quiet location, just a short distance from Lake Bled but away from the busy tourist areas. The beautiful views of the mountains and fields and the balcony were a highlight, creating a perfect escape into nature. Plus, the breakfast was delicious.

The inner design of the rooms was a bit old and not so apealing.

Situated nicely in the back country, a bit away from the masses. Therefore also very quiet. Room was functional without any additional gimmicks, but spotless clean. The large balcony, which apparently almost every room has, was a big plus.

We loved that it was a bit away from the lake, without a car it could be a bit tricky though. Breakfast was provided with a solid choice, we found the quality here and there a bit underwhelming.

A very good place to stay if you're visiting Bled and the surrounding areas. The hotel is situated in a calm and quiet area, the rooms are big and clean and have everything in them, including refrigerators.There's a big parking lot and the breakfast is excellent.

There might be no free parking spaces if the hotel is full. If you don't have a car, Bled and the other popular spots are a bit far away.

The place where the hotel is located is beautiful, it is absolutely quiet, we slept with the door to the balcony open and nothing woke us up in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, they prepare fresh pancakes or eggs in different ways on request. I must praise the excellent plum marmalade :) And the place for breakfast with the wiew to the nature is absolutly excellent!
