Breakfast was Okay , but during weekends need more foods due to many families. due to 6 day stay the same foods is a little difficult for the re[etions. Location in the morning walking to the PeriSur Mall is Okay and night time was safe. Walking to a seminar at Colegio Ingenieros Civiles in the Sta Teresa front to Lasalle University was great. Radisson Hotel also close.

The apartment decoration was old but for us was Okay. Big facilities , jaccusi and extra big .

The best part of my stay was the staff who was so helpful and amazing; from the front desk gentleman always going above and beyond to be helpful and informative, to the cleaning/wait staff and the kind security guard who stood out with me every morning to wait for my Uber. The rooms/apartments are clean, comfy, spacious and accommodating. I was able to cook for myself most of my stay, in the fully equipped kitchen. I felt at home.

Our suite was very nice and comfortable for the price. It was very spacious, clean and complete. It had a full kitchen, dining table, a desk, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. The WiFi was also very decent. It even included a Coffee-break with a small breakfast in the morning for no additional cost.

Getting there is a little bit confusing, but not a problem. Also, the noise from the street is noticeable but not loud enough to be annoying.

We had a short stay of only 1 day but we received an excellent service provided in the check in area by Michelle Hernandez the day we arrived, very good explanation about the services and specially the breakfast, the check in was incredible fast, simple and easy and was a big and wonderful surprise. The following day we took a great breakfast and also we received a great and kind attention provided in the check out desk area provided by Alfonso Perez and Luis Pacheco. It was a great experience with a calm environment, silence, great TV with several channels, jacuzzi and also the temperature of the room was super confortable (quite difficult in another hotels), I would recommend this hotel, it was a very good experience .

Room was excellent. Very spacious and clean and had a full refrigerator and microwave. Gym was great. Sufficient equipment to get a good workout. Staff was very kind and helpful. Roof top view was great. Overall the hotel was very beautiful and clean.

You want to get a room on a high floor so you can see something other than another building. High floors are exceptional but lower floors feel a little boxed in. Rooms are pretty much the same size...huge.

The 2 rooms we rented were both excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and very professional.

The location is a little out of the way of many to the sightseeing site.

no hot water two days of stay, broken shower head that was replaced after two days, long wait for check out as they check room and do an inventory check for broken kitchen items; that´s tacky.

We loved the Big size room, the spa like bathroom, the full size kitchen with dining area and quiet A/C unit. The rooftop area is great! There are some restaurants 1 block away from the Suites and that was convenient for us.

Parking is really tight.

I had problem with Microwave. Microwaves were very old and got spoilt when put to use. They were of 2014 model. When, I used, it got spoilt. They asked me to pay for the replacement cost, which I did not agree. Finally, they agreed for the same
