Loved this stay in Bansko it was incredibly welcoming especially at first arrival! We had never been skiing before and everything was guided for us! We were out in communication the BSR ski school who organised equipment and lessons for us with Ski Mania for a great deal! Hotel was warm, comfortable, very clean and the added perk of a sauna and steam baths was great for a day after skiing. I cannot wait to come back and will definitely be staying here again best value for money and super kind and friendly! Already recommended to a friend coming next month!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bellevue Residence apartments because as a matter of fact, not only my requests have been met but exceeded to the point that instead of an economy room I have been upgraded to a de facto Junior suite, combining a spacious bathroom with bathtub to a large room with sofa, comfy armchairs, tables, desk, fridge and balcony.The tranquillity at night made me sleep particularly well, thanks to the generous size of the bed and the perfect firmness of the mattress.Also, the quality of the sheets and pillows and the many downy towels helped increasing the level of comfort and coziness.The professional receptionist, her excellent English and her remarkable attentiveness in every possible situation, solving any contingent problem practically in no time has been really considerable.During daytime the size of the room allowed me to work, rest and eat like in a private apartment and the location, some 5mins from the Gondola, being very central allowed me to get everything from groceries to a good coffee or a nice meal in just a few minutes walk.I will be happily back to Bansko after this pleasant experience!.

The internet connection could have been be faster.Unfortunately the swimming pool and the spa were closed but a nearby free shuttle to the Pulse therme fixed this problem.If you use the bathtub, remember that the hot water comes from a boiler near the toilet, and is therefore limited.The tiny balcony has a large table but no chairs.

Room was warm enough, has nice cozy sauna that we could enjoy after ski, we could ask room making as we wish, and staffs were suuuuuuper nice and speak English very well. They helped us to book spa in Banya and arrange taxi to bus terminal. Supermarket and local bakery are very near. There's security guard in the night so very safe

Location - 7 minutes walk to the centre. Going past all the shops and restaurants. Ideal location as quiet at night, tucked away down a side street. Hotel- the rooms are huge! Very well furnished with loads of storage. The bathrooms are also cavernous, again with storage for products. Very tall towel rail. We had three rooms and each one was huge. We had a one bed apartment with two huge bathrooms, large double bedroom and a living rooms with sofas, table and chairs and a double bed. Fridge. Large hallway with hooks for coats and a large mirror. Ideal place to dump ski hats and hang up ski jackets. Spa- fabulous spa with sauna, steam room, aromatherapy steam room, experience showers (tip, cold at first, just let them run a few times and they soon warm up!). Just book a time a lot with reception. We had the place to ourselves on 3/5 occasions we used it! Lobby- huge, comfortable lobby and reception area to chill out in with Tv in the lower level. Staff- now for the best bit! Maya and Vlad looked after us exceptionally well. Their English was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Maya gave very good advice and if she didn’t know the answer she made calls. They were both very friendly and reassuring.

Pillows could be better. But then I’m fussy about pillows! I brought my own. No safe in the room. However Maya kept my valuables in the safe just off reception so this wasn’t a problem.

Didn’t eat breakfast but local restaurants were fab we eat at the house, Smokey mountain twice and Chevermeto in the old town all great. Hotel was the best in area for value for money very clean nice spa area and 400m from lift this is our second time of staying and we will be back again. Super friendly reception and restaurant staff

High temperatures for this time of year

Firstly the staff was EXCELLENT. The reception was helpful, polite, communicated perfectly and helped us with everything. Give that lady a raise!!! The cleaning personnel was attentive and visited every day 10/10. The facilities are large and great sauna etc price included. The room was comfy and clean and location was fantastic. would stay again if I visit 100%

The only super minor issue was that it felt understaffed. Reception stopped at a certain point of the day. it's a shame that the workers here are taken advantage of... working 12 hour shifts 7/7 days a week. To the management, your staff is 90% of why we had a great time there. Show them some respect...

+ Large and comfortable rooms + Easy access to the main street leading to ski slopes (we used car instead of cable car) + Good location (the centre is 15mins by walking) P.S. the spoons, forks, dishes, etc are given per request (so don't hesitate to contact the reception)

Pretty good location, close to the central area with shops and restaurants, it's also quite close to the gondola, 7 -10minutes' walk. Staff very kind and helpful. Nice spa area, but unfortunately the pool was not functional only the 2 wet and one dry saunas. Nice, clean apartments, not very spacious and modestly furnished but overall a good experience, a fair price for what it offers.

The kitchen is not equipped, only a few glasses.

No thrills Hotel that allows you to enjoy the slopes, only c. 10 minute walk to the ski lift. Really nice. Receptionist is wonderful particularly between hours of 8am - 8pm. Outside his hour the receptionist doesn't speak very good English but still helpful. Spa facilities are amazing too great value for money.

No option to include breakfast in room price, although they do an a la carte breakfast each morning.

The staff were the best part of this hotel. They were absolutely lovely and very friendly. No request was too much. The spa facilities were also great. The rooms were cleaned daily, and were warm and comfortable. The location was also stellar. It took us barely 5 minutes for us to get to the Gondola on foot. All in all a fantastic experience and great bargain.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious but needs some small fixing up, e.g. some paint peeling on the ceiling, bath drain leaking etc. Strangely there was also an indoor pool, jacuzzi and Sanarium not functioning. The first two weren't included in the property details so we didn't feel like we lost out but we found it funny that they were there built but not in use. Very small details, we still loved the place and would book again!
