The hotel is clean and the indoor and outdoor pools were very good. The restaurant offers good breakfast. we haven't tried lunch or dinner there but I didn't like the choices they are offering

Location - is a 10-15 min drive to beach (which might increase to 20 min due to traffic) I asked for a spoon at night (around 9pm) to be delivered to my room and although I explained that my daughter is sleeping and I can't leave her, they told me I have to pick it up, which I understand, but I would expect some service in certain cases. Also, the room service didn't do much cleaning, they did not even take the trash out.

Place was very clean, staff was nice, outdoor pool great and service was amazing.

Smoking area was not defined in any way which leaves smokers to just be at the front door??? And left to go through the front lobby dripping wet??? I am a smoker and agree with being smoke free but not giving a clear place is not okay. The water pressure is a lot to be desired could not get shampoo and conditioner out of my and daughter's hair which makes people have to take longer to shower and use more water. And it got worse as others would use water in their rooms. Staff seemed to be all new and not sure of answers and had a hard time getting them to you if you asked. I asked about the appropriate area but could not get an answer. They were all nice and tried to get an answer. The indoor pool water was very 🥶 🧊 cold. Had to use outdoor pool but no shade anywhere.

On site restaurant The location Everything No pork products!!!!! Black out curtains Bartender was very happy and attentive Customer service outstanding !!!!!! and staff Definitely will be back with a longer stay..........

I usually don't get a room near the elevator noisy with the movement Small refrigerator, but I made it work Bathroom should have a dimmer light or spot light Can't think of anything else

The rooms were clean & spacious & the restaurant bar downstairs was nice

I know its a new hotel but, some of the staff didn't greet or say anything upon us entering or leaving some days. In a new setting like that your staff should 'ALWAYS' greet their customers with a smile

Had 2 beers at the bar (table) bill was 10.00 dollars gave the waitress a 20.00 dollar bill she said do you want change. Did she thin dropping off 2 beers is worth a 10.00 dollar tip. You don’t ask that question to a customer. Please teach your waitress to take the money say nothing so customers don’t fell that they are obligated to give a giant tip !!

Cleanliness of room. I always wipe down when I go into a hotel room, and until now, I've always got some dirt or dust. I didn't get a little bit from the room I was in. I am so impressed. Keep up the good work. I will always come back there when I'm in the area. I will tell anyone that's coming that way

It was nothing i didn't like. Well, no room service 🙄

Did not stay for breakfast. However, we went to the pool & jacuzzi (could not get the jets to work.) Still we enjoyed them both.

We are 70 years old & feel the TV should not be so complicated to find something we like to watch. My husband is a TV buff & was very frustrated with how complicated it was trying to simply watch tv...even after calling the front desk for instructions. Keep it simple.

The room was beautiful. The whole hotel is gorgeous. the staff at the desk were always smiling and interacting with us. The staff in the dinning area were very friendly and the cleaning staff always made sure we had everything we needed in our room.

My husband's only complaint was the chair in the room was not very comfortable.

The pool was very nice. Social areas on main floor were very large and inviting. The rooms were spacious.

Someone had thrown dirty diapers in the trash in the ice room - smelled awful. Not enough drawer space in the room. AC unit was a bit noisy. Pillows were like boulders. The showerhead dripped into the drain pan and made an annoying drip sound while showering.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and worth the money. I really loved the French toast and the pancakes.

I didn't like the house cleaner that came in the morning. she would knock on our door every day to clean at 10:00. She was unable to communicate with me because she did not speak English. But I did like the cleaning lady that came in the evening.
