The breakfast and staff were both were excellent. I only lowered my rating a little because we could not get cold water in the sink or bath. It started out luke warm and gradually got hotter and hotter instead of colder and colder. Made it unpleasant to brush your teeth and take your medicines.

The mini fridge could have been a little bigger and a small freezer compartment would have been appreciated, A safe would have also been nice.

A hot breakfast was available every morning with a lot of cold options if desired. The room and lobby were clean and quiet. We did not have any problems sleeping. The Thermostat control was useful and worked well. Coffee was available in the lobby all day long. The shower in the bathroom was larger than most and very modern.

I did not notice USB power outlets in the room to change cell phone, but we did have one charger with us so it was not a big deal. Not too far from the beach but you do need to drive (3 miles) to the beach and shopping area.

Hotel was clean. If we were there for shopping the hotel is in the middle of several malls. If we were there for business it was a good deal. Breakfast was a business mans breakfast. Bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, juice. Coffee all day long. Rehoboth had some decent and fair priced restaurants/bars/dinners.

Hotel is to far from beach. Parking at beach is hard to find and expensive. Rehoboth is a Hollywood studio version of a real N.J. shore town. No small business or history feeling at all, but it is clean. Despite no sales tax, prices in malls and stores higher than A.C. or other N.J. places I've been. Everything closed on Wednesdays.

After an 8 hr drive I selected a higher rated hotel and was not disappointed. a comfortable bed, lots of thick towels, lights with bulbs above 40 w to work by, a HVAC that actually heated the room the lobby was very inviting with seating arrangements and access to the deck i enjoyed my stay so much i booked a second night but that turned out poorly

there was no info in the room for the times breakfast was offered, i had to call the desk for the times A plan of the hotel would have explained where the gym was located and that there was a bar in the lower level! Could not find a water fountain but the desk manager unlocked the breakfast drink machine so i could fill my water bottle........very nice

love the style, and the set up. love how down stairs there is a personable space that you and a good few can have some drinks at the bar. also love the back patio area. the pool was a little bit on the cold side but that’s expected when your in April! but it was indoor, and the towels were warmed. now let’s talk BREAKFAST! okay first I would like to say THANK YOU, to the staff! It’s hard keeping up with people in and out, and STILL be able to do their work in full capacity, I’m here for it! NOW, this is by far the BEST hotel breakfast buffet I’ve have ever had… I will do a better and in depth version of this review on the main page.

The only thing was the pricing, BUT your get what you paid for AND MORE. It was a little bit expensive for the month of April but the quality, quantity and over all satisfaction they provide out weighs the monetary issue.

great breakfast, friendly staff, convenient to shopping although not in town

No one told us about Marriott’s new policy to provide maid service unless requested the night before so we did not get any replenishment of towels etc. We managed, but it needs to be a part of the information provided upon check in.

Nice location, short drive to the beach. Breakfast had a good selection. I like that they had coffee and tea available in the lobby all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Ample parking.

Minor housekeeping issues- old used towel left in the bathroom from previous guests. Upon check-in there was not enough towels for 4 guests. Also I think helpful to have an extra roll of toilet paper in the room especially if not starting with 2 new/full rolls.

The lobby and the breakfast were very good. The room itself is extremely small has only one chair so with two senior adults. No place to sit. Fortunately, you have a great staff and when I called, they brought us a chair . It was not the best chair. It was wood and hard, and had a hard wood slat back, but not a good back . However at least we  were able to sit. ,

It is clean and in a good location

The shower in the handy capped room was great. These showers should be in ALL the rooms. There to go to the hospital for surgery so I could not try the bar but they did have a bar.

Got there at 4 p.m. and checked out at 5 a.m. to get to the hospital so did not try the breakfast but every I did try was great.

Our TV was not working properly. Desk person said they would compensate us. When I checked out I was told since I booked with third party I have to go through them. Well it was not their fault it was the hotel So I guess it won't happen.
