The rooms were very clean !!! The hotel is fancy ! As a person coming from dubai I find it really fancy and royal to be here ! The pool was sensational! The food was very awesome ! And we felt that they made everything with love ! I advice you to come as a couple although they had a kids club for children ! And they reserve the same table with your name for breakfast and dinner also, so you see the same people sitting around you and with that they make you feel comfortable and we met very nice people here also ! That was the best place I have ever visited with my small family since now

Maybe just a coffee machine / water in the rooms would be great but thats not so important i GIVE IT 10/10

Felt very welcomed, so clean, big rooms, wellness facitities were great and well kept. Sea water in the pool indoor and outdoor is fantastic. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Hope to get there again in summer.

Separate toilet in the room is good, but i wished for a small sink in it to wash my hands. And there was no abluft ventilation. Air ventilation in the whole room could be better.

Beautiful location in a peaceful valley. Everything was very clean and spacious. The spa is surprisingly large with many different areas to relax in.

There was construction/renovation work going on which was not so nice to look at and at times a little noisy but we were informed about this in advance and the hotel staff do their best to avoid this bothering guests.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The best feature by far for us was the pool/outdoor area - the properly heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub were perfect for enjoying the views of the black forest around you. The lawn with comfortable sunbeds was also great for reading, sunbathing and relaxing. The restaurant was good, a reasonable number of vegetarian options, lovely atmosphere with excellent service. Rooms were big, with wonderful balconies and ours had a peaceful green view. Really, really didn't want to leave and would love to stay here again.

The decor in the rooms was a little old fashioned, but it does also add to the character. Quite expensive, but it is worth it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were simply looking for a night somewhere halfway between Europapark and Stuttgart in a hotel, which would have a pool and good cuisine. But this find is such a gem! The spa area: numerous saunas and hammams (we were travelling with a small child, so did not get a chance to visit any, but it was really impressive), several swimming pools, jacuzzi - as the hotel was not fully booked, we had it all basically to ourselves. Restaurant: dinner was great, but breakfast was even better (it rated top five of the breakfasts we had in a hotel, and we do travel a lot) - they even have a special room dedicated to juicing! Extra positive surprises: a simple lunch was included in the room rate (we had no idea), there was a small bathrobe and matching slippers for our small child ready in the room, there was even a changing mat and bin for nappies in the room when we arrived!

Our parents that were travelling with us had a smaller room (which was booked like this for purpose, as there was only two of them, and three of us - together with our daughter), however the bed in their room was surprisingly small - more a single than a double bed. We took a child dish for our daughter at dinner, and were surprised it came with a small "gummi bärchen" package. It ended up being her first time trying this German delicacy ;) (she is 2.5 years old), but we would have preferred to make this choice with regards to the sweets served to our kid (especially, as it is advertised as a wellness hotel).

No air conditioning in Chalet but weather was good and windows left open with an automatic screen to prevent insects from coming in.

Location and how clean it was. The food was good and sufficient quantity.

Receptionist was rude not answering my questions. It is important to incorporate more English speaking persons in the hotel.

The property is amazing. I stayed in the chalet which I consider a must! I had an incredible time and the views were really great.

Although I am aware of culture differences the food for the dinner for the price could be improved.

Stunning hotel with fantastic spa facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were fantastic. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
