Diamonda was very helpfull and friendly, the room is clean and has all facilities and it is close to everything you need. We stayed for one night and definetely will book this place again in the future. A nice traditional Lebanese breakfast was waiting for us the next day also. Delicious.

Very beautiful small hotel. Located in an old building with a nice terrace to have tea or coffee. The staff is very welcoming, nice and helpful, ready to fulfil your needs. Internet was ok that was important for me. A very cozy place that I would recommend

Very clean room, quiet from the street noise, despite being in very central location (easy to assess everything). Easy to park the car around the back of the building. Appreciated the air conditioning! Lastly, the breakfast was just what we needed, thank you. We would 100% stay here again.

The staff are very lovely and kind you will feel that you are among your family plus the place is very attractive with a nice view. Its location is perfect as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring I had a pleasant stay. Before leaving, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast.

The venue is located just in the very center of the town, so very close to all restaurants, bars, etc. (not to mention it is 5 mins drive from Ksara winery and Baalbek ruins). On the other hard it’s quite old and tired. We were served by a very nice and helpful lady. All in all, given the price it is really good value for money.

Everything seemed very new and exceptionally clean. WiFi and AC were good. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was traditional and delicious!
