Very central opposite cathedral but quiet despite being in the middle of Chihuahua. Nice size room , bathroom etc Wifi was good Bar prices reasonable. Staff lovely , polite , helpful and engaging.

Some rooms are located around the main central outside dining area . Depending on what going on in the hotel, time of day /week this may be very noisy area. They played loud music through out hotel. Not background gentle soothing but synthesizer impinging noise. Personal taste as music is this actually too much given proximity of rooms. Music turned off at 10.30pm comes on at 8am ( less horrid in morning ) Breakfast included menu is very limited and doesn't include any eggs or cooked. Whilst stipulates continetal this does seem strange for such an expensive hotel. Central Court yard area was actually very dirty as was seating, not sure why as all other areas super clean is almost as if forgotten about as out side.

What was there not to like?! Starting with a delicious 'welcome cocktail' (berry punch), beautiful property with spa-like room and quality amenities: extremely comfortable bed with wonderful linens, spacious bathroom with nice products. Delicious dinner on the softly lit patio, surprisingly well priced. Continental breakfast on the patio was delicious and a great way to start the day. Appreciated staff facilitating taxi to airport.

That we didn't plan to stay more than 1 night!

It was my very first business trip to Chihuahua, and staying in this lovely boutique hotel with great location made my trip being happier. The room is just next to cozy and fancy patio. Having coffee and breakfast there was great experience. And the staff Abigail, she is really professional, supportive and warm-hearted. I really appreciate all her supports during my stay : ) All the staffs in hotel are professional and kind. Highly recommendable staying in this hotel for any ocasions.

The hotel is beautiful and it feels like you are elsewhere in the south of Mexico. The room is charming and well decorated. Service is top notch.

there’s a blue light from the cable box on top of the TV that is on and is very bothersome at night. it kept me awake, I had to put on a fabric over it to dim the light.

The location is excellent; several sites and cool spots within walking distance.

They offer you continental breakfast; but you end up spending more if you want additional menu items.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We loved the welcome drink but the best was the room, we had a deluxe king room, and it was all of that! We are vegan and were pleasantly surprised that they had almond milk. We ate dinner and breakfast there and everything was fabulous.

I would have liked wifi in my room, Victor Hugo. We had it in the central area but not in our room.

The location is perfect, and the property is well equipped. Clean and beautiful. The staffs are very professional and warm-hearted.

Seems that the hotel runs restaurant and bar. Both are beautiful and fancy nice places, but for hotel guests noise can be distraction especially at night. Wifi was slow in my room.

The best hotel in Chihuahua. Lovely rooms, great staff, beautiful courtyard and the most comfortavle beds and pillows you will use in your life. Always is a great experience. If you are going to Chihuahua, do not miss the experience of staying here.

The historic building across from the cathedral and revival of it to make it a luxurious place to stay.

wifi was weak and the water pressure for the shower was weak as well but understandably so due to an old building.

Excellent breakfast. Room was clean, modern, well kept and super comfy. The staff was super attentive and the property in general is very beautiful.
