It was right in the centre of Southall Broadway so although slightly noisy, everything was within walking distance! The Elizabeth Line was down the road so I was 2 stops away from Heathrow Airport and about 10 stops from the centre of London. The hotel has been constructed so it makes good use of a small place. The ambience of the hotel was lovely, very warm and family friendly. 24/7 security and a locked front door that was only unlocked once you were verified, led to a sweeter nights sleep! Comfortable and Clean rooms with workspace, TV, clothes hangers and full length mirrors. Hairdryers and Irons + Ironing boards were available to me upon request. Although the room I chose did not have an en-suite bathroom, the many shared bathrooms had all the amenities and were constantly checked and cleaned by the staff, probably better than an en-suite where I would have had to clean after every use. There was a common kitchen which had all kitchen appliances as well as a complimentary washing machine which would have been very convenient if I was staying for a longer business trip. Whenever I would need to make a dinner reservation or book a cab, I would do it through reception to receive better rates than I would have received if done myself. The Staff were kind and courteous, they helped me with my bags, and showed me to my room, a 5 star service for a 2 star hotel!

It was fine for me since the staff were so kind as to help, but the reception and rooms were located on the first floor upwards and there was no lift on site. Again, this is not a problem for most people, but those with disabilities will struggle if making a lot of trips in and out of the hotel!

The room was spotless and exactly as described. The mattress was the best we slept on during our week-long travels. The staff was amiable and accommodating! We arrived pretty late but were happy to find plenty of tasty food options open and across the street.

The hotel is tough to find. Don't expect a big hotel sign--it's small and not directly on the corner where the entrance is. The hotel is along a major road, with a fire station nearby, so it was loud at first, but as the night went on, it quieted down, and we had no issues sleeping.

It was a good budget stay, I really appreciate the person at the reception at the time of our check-out. He was super nice, very customer oriented and professional. The place is small and you can hear everything from the corridor, but for short budget stay is good enough. We really appreciate our early check-in. Clean room with basic facilities (coffee, kettle and tea, water really appreciated) and the shower was great! Shower seems new with very good water pressure (I have long hair so I appreciate is so much). Bathroom has enough space, room is quite small for 2 people with big suitcases, if you want to open them. Location is perfect, in the very heart of Southall (be ready for main street noise, the room in front of reception had great view) and just 10 mins walk to Southall station (subway, trains). Plenty of Indian restaurants around (Southall has its charm and I came specially for that on the way to my other destination), just few steps to the right when you exit the hotel, there is wonderful restaurant Poornima with amazing parathas! :D

The first person who welcomed us what not really familiar with customer service attitude and first welcome impression, but he was helpful and did all what was needed in very short time. Minus points go for extremely narrow corridor to enter the hotel (it's on the first floor), only one person can be on the stairs, it's very congested and claustrophobic. Impossible to go with luggage, we had to take one suitcase without any other small luggage at one time (but staff was helpful and carried one suitcase upstairs and later downstairs too). In the bathroom window shield should be fixed (it had a hole which was visible from the street).

Although there were a couple of minor issues, they were so insignificant compared to the overall excellence of the hotel that they can easily be overlooked. the location of the Hotel was great. All the amenities were around and easily accessible. i enjoyed my stay there and didn't had any problem during my stay there. the staff was great there and service were amazing.

There is nothing that i didn't liked in the hotel. it was peaceful and no one bothered me. so literally i have no complaints with my stay in the hotel.

The location is good, just a short walk from the Elizabeth Line station. The room was clean and presentable. There were fresh towels and soap/shower gel/shampoo. There was a TV and a kettle with tea and coffee. There is a fridge in the corridor to store food/drinks. Overall I had a good stay.

It didn't seem like there was any WiFi. The pillows weren't that comfortable. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was a lot of noise from the road outside.
